+ -1 moreOhio Door and Sash's prices were nearly identical to the other three providers we got estimates from. Both Marvin and and later an installer came by to make sure they had measurements correct. Marvin was very helpful and kept up informed as to when he expected to be able to install the windows. The installers came and installed the windows faster than I ever thought possible. They left absolutely no mess. Other than the new windows you would have never known they were here. We have several more windows we want replaced in the future and will use Ohio Door and Sash again.
Description of Work: Replaced old wood windows in poor condition with new vinyl windows.

+ -1 moreVery well. They came on time and installed the windows in less than 5 hours. They removed the old windows and cleaned up all the debris. They told to call them if any problem arises, and they will fix it. Very satisfied!

+ -1 moreEight replacement windows were ordered and full screens for existing windows. The owner came out when expected, measured all the window openings and got back with me in 1 day as to the quote. Once I gave the okay to order the windows they arrived in about 10 days and were promptly delivered to me. Another employee came out to measure for the full screens and I am waiting on those to be made and delivered. Great people in the office when you call in and the employees are attentive to your concerns. They are very good about making suggesstions as we changes the opening of 4 window sizes. Our home is 107 years old and looks great with all the new windows. I have used this company for over 15 years, doing a few windows at a time and have never had any problems.
