+ -1 moreNot everybody does fuel oil service anymore and this lady has been doing it for many years and she’s changed employment once and I’ve followed her. They don’t have an overnight after hours. They’ll get back at you immediately. The punctuality is good.
Description of Work: I use Kozik for heating and A/C. The last time they were out, they repaired some lightning damage on the furnace and did my yearly service for the furnace.

Description of Work: Replaced main water line, fixed a leaky toilet issue, and fixed a leaking tub faucet. Very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of the workers. Was a slight mix up with the scheduling but over all very satisfied.

+ 0 moreI called to have some gas repairs completed on a vacant property I maintain. The leaks needed located first as we didn't know what was leaking. However specifically discussed we would pay for all work completed to locate these leaks, then would need the estimate for repairs as well. the clerk was ready to put me on the schedule but when she found that this was a vacant property should told me she'd have to talk to mr. kozik to see if he even wanted my business? Im a paying customer why would this matter? Ive been in this business 5 years, preparing homes to be sold and never been told this before? Just didn't make any sense, I told her I would call somewhere else. I wasn't going to wait for them to decide if they wanted to work with me ? its a gas leak and the house is being sold. I needed an appointment scheduled .. I am just lost of why once I mention it was a currently empty home, that they would not want to work with me? My suggestion is if you want them to do work for you, you should have someone living in the home.
Description of Work: Nothing, the lady told me (and I quote) "she would have to call mr kozik to see if they wanted to take on my job or not?

Description of Work: I had a seal break on my shower drain and bad leak. I called Kozik plumbing and heating in Galion Ohio.They were professional,on time , and fixed fast and courteous and did not leave a mess for me to clean up. Was more than happy with the service, and would recommend them to anyone.it was my second time I have used them and they are now my only plumber.price was fair the last time and it will be billed to me. I am retired so on a tight budget,so I was happy to know I did not have to pay that day.very happy experience.

Description of Work: Kozik ran hot and cold lines and valves from the basement to a closet in a bedroom so we could move up our washer and dryer. They also connected the dryer vent to the outside. Everything was done on time and within the quote. They were prompt, courteous and neat. I'd definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: HAVE USED KOZIK PLUMBING/ HEATING FOR YEARS TO SERVICE AND REPAIR MY FUEL OIL FURNACE. STARTED WITH THEM BECAUSE I KNEW THEIR TECHNICIAN FROM A PRIOR COMPANY AND FELT SHE WAS PARTICULARLY QUALIFIED. MY NEIGHBOR SHARES MY TRUST AND WE SPLIT THE EXTRA COST OF THE TRIP TO OUR AREA AND FEEL IT IS WORTH IT. OFFICE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THEY DON'T OFFER 24 HOUR ON-CALL SERVICE.
