+ -1 moreI called the company with the emergency. Was told it would be a couple of hours before they could get there and I would have to pay cash. When they arrived they took a look and said they would be back they were going to lunch. So 6 hours later they finally fixed the problem. So all this time I had water gushing from the ceiling in the basement and the sump pump working over time.
Description of Work: The sewer line was plugged and every time the sump pump kicked on the water came back into the basement. They had to clean out the line .

The crew was here and on time on the installation date; they were prompt, courteous and left the installation site clean. They got the job done within one day and I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I contacted Fox Plumbing & Heaqting because I wanted to replace my furnace with a Carrier furnace. They were listed as a Carrier supplier. My call to their office was immediately answered by Bill Fox. He was at my residence within the hour. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was at my home for about a half hour to 45 minutes. He returned to his office and a quote was prepared and mailed to my home within two days. He scheduled my installation for the following week. On Wednesday evening I called and confirmed the time for Thursday am. The crew arrived promptly at 8:15 am. Both young men were accompanied by Bill Fox. After introductions they began their work. The old furnace was removed, then the new one installed. They were here until about 4:15 pm. They walked thru the operating instructions with my wife and I. They left us feeling very satisfied that we had a quality furnace. My safisfaction with this company is very good. I would recommend them for anyone wanting a quality job done with excellent people. + 4 moreSince we both are elderly, we wanted a step in shower with seats. Demolition of cast iron tub and wall surround was done in one day, all materials were removed and cleanup was done. Day two saw the installation of the tub base and plumbing and electrical work. Day three the tub surround was installed using screws into the studs. As the shower doors weren't installed yet, a temporary bar and curtain were installed so we could shower. The last day the doors were installed and plastering was done on the walls where tiles and wallpaper were removed.
Description of Work: Replaced bathtub and surround, light and fan and switch. Installed new wiring and plumbing.
