Excellent.

The gentleman was excellent. He came out, we walked through the needs of the furnace as far as the service and what is required. It was educational rapport. I like that they explained and walked me through the whole process as far as what is needed, when it is needed and what is required for maintenance. The price was competitive. We have used them in the past and they are always good. They also come on short notice. We call them and within 24 hours or less, they have a guy out.

Perfectly. The technician came when expected, conducted the inspection, and let us know our system was operating perfectly.

The company responded quickly with a knowledgeable service person, who analyzed the situation and gave us pricing within a few hours. We decided his pricing was too high, and got another bid, which was much lower.

Recommended by my team leader at Keller Williams. They came day after my present AC went out and gave me fair estimate and had a new AC installed in a couple days. I also got a free future furnace inspection with the AC purchase. Very satisfied with their work. It was quick and easy.

The service man was on time (in fact a little ahead of time) and was very helpful by answering any questions I had. He was quick with his work and finding the problem. The price was reasonable and the job was completed very satisfactorily.

Last year in November we had Wise Heating and Cooling come and talk to us when we thought the Government was going to increase furnaces to high efficiency rating. Adam and Chris from Wise came and talked to us and gave us a good price. We were very interested as we live in a condo and wanted to upgrade our HVAC. A few days later the government dropped its requirement for High Efficiency heating. In all that time Adam or Chris DID NOT cold call, phone call or try any other means to high pressure us into buying a new HVAC. That was huge in my book. I contacted Adam at Wise Heating and Cooling in August of 2013. I asked him to come back and re-figure for a high efficiency furnace and a new AC. He came and we went with Wise for a Trane XV95 furnace and an X15 AC. It was installed in one day with 4 very efficient and experienced workers. All went almost as expected, except the thermostat. Apparently the old wiring from the thermostat to the furnace was bad and did not connect to the furnace for activation. Wise spent almost 2hrs in rewiring from the thermostat to the furnace in our attic and with a 16ft vaulted ceiling. They did it at no extra cost. Whew!! All has gone well since. I HIGHLY recommend Wise Heating and Cooling. I chose Wise for the following reasons. 1. I wanted a local company and not a large company. Wise is that. 2. They never high pressured us. Wise is that. 3. They sell and service Trane (my favorite). Wise does that. 4. Price was reasonable. Wise did that. 5. Wise was highly rated in Angie's List. Wise was. 5. Angie's list provide us with a $250.00 coupon without expiration date. Wise did that.

The service team arrived promptly and spread tarps on my carpets. They installed the units and were pleasant and professional. They completed the job in under 5 hours. We called an hour later to complain that the units were not functioning properly. A technician returned and found a wiring problem within an hour. Later I tracked down a rattle in the system they had caused by leaving a couple sheet metal screws laying in the new cold air return box. We are VERY happy with the performance of the new units.

Arrived on time and replaced the 18-year-old furnace and AC unit. No problems.

Last spring I had Wise Heating and Cooling out to check on one of our units. At that time I was offered a package to inspect my units 2 times a year. I purchased the package. I was called in the fall to schedule my inspection and all went well. I was called again in the Spring to remind me to have my units inspected. We have used Wise over the past 7 years and have always gotten great service. The technicians are polite, cover their shoes when walking in the house and are always professional while here. I would not hesitate to refer them to friends or family. It gives me peace of mind to know my units are ready when needed instead of HOT weather sneaking up on us only to find out our Air doesn't work.

We called Wise Heating and Cooling to obtain an estimate on a new furnace. Chris arrived on time, exactly when he said he would. He took time explaining the various choices we had for the type of furnace we needed. Chris did not pressure us into making a specific choice but gave us helpful advice. Chris gave us a great price on the new furnace as well. After our furnace selection was made, a date was set for installation. The Wise team arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. Our old furnace was taken out and the new one installed in less time than we anticipated. Wise H&C disposed of the old furnace. Our new Trane furnace is running fine at this writing. We will update this review when the fall/winter season begins this year. We can't think of one thing that could have made this job go smoother, better, or more professional. They were punctual, professional, and thorough. they were able to work around our schedule and helpful in all the rebates that were being offered. I would use them again and would recommend their services to others.

Their sales person showed up, on time, was very knowledgeable, gave me a reasonable quote. I accepted the terms and they showed up very quickly to install the unit, which I was very thankful for because it got extremely hot the following week!

I called them on the weekend to come and check my A/C because it wasn't cooling properly. He came in and charged the system for the weekend and then came the following week and installed it. He didn't charge me for the weekend repair and just added it to the installation price. I thought that was really nice of him and he did a good job with the work.

I've worked with one technician only but he is as honest as they come. After learning many lessons from another company that performed NONE of the tests that Wise did, it was refreshing to have a company to work with that wasn't going to try to upsell me a whole new unit for $4000 or or give me an alternative of a $400 start capacitor that is literally $20 elsewhere. What this other company doesn't realize is that because Wise IS honest and upfront, I'm giving them all my future business, including a new unit when my 1996 model does finally die.

Bob arrived almost an hour earlier than they thought he could get here and went right to work. Figured out the problem, explained everything to me clearly and went about taking care of the issue. Very professional and explained in detail what he was doing throughout the whole process. Due to his promptness and detailed descriptions , I went ahead and set up a service contract with the company for all future tune-ups. Can't be this kind of prompt service on the weekend of all things!!!

We had a difficult time scheduling an appointment. The earliest appointment we could get was 8 a.m., and the latest appointment was 4:30 p.m. My wife and I both work during those hours, so we had to make special arrangements in order to be home. We originally scheduled the appointment two weeks earlier for 4 p.m. The day of the appointment, the technician called my cell phone asking if he could come earlier in the day (at 2:30 p.m.) He said he was running early with his appointments and wanted to wrap up his day. I told him that time was not possible since my wife and I were both at work. He asked us to reschedule the appointment. We ended up choosing the day before Thanksgiving at 8 a.m. (we were both off that day, but leaving for vacation). The technician didn't show up to our house until 8:30 a.m. Despite all the scheduling issues, we were pleased with the service. The tech was friendly, quick (in fact, it only took him about 15-20 minutes) and very knowledgeable about our furnace. He answered all of our questions and offered some preventive maintenance tips.

We haven't had any problems with Wise Heating and Cooling. They installed the heating and air conditioning when our house was built. We have continued to use them since and they usually come promptly and fix any problems. Most recently they repaired our air conditioner.

Just a simple fix. Quick service and no problems since.

I was very impressed with their professionalism. They arrived on time, covered my floors, cleaned up outside. With the cooler summer, we put off replacing the a/c for several months. When I called Chris back to set up an install time, he was available to come the next week. How lucky it was for us (not them) that they got it installed on one of the hottest days of August. I had to leave before they were finished and Chris made arrangements to come back out the next day to explain all the operations to me.

Our air conditioner stopped working, so we contacted this company to fix the problem because they initially installed the unit for our Michigan home. Chris came out right away and fixed the unit within 30 minutes. He also looked over our heating unit without an additional charge. Very professional and fair.

It lit right up for the repairman. It was one of those situations where everything has somehow fixed itself by the time a technician takes a look. The repairman didn't charge anything for the work, not even a standard service call fee, since we were on his route for the day anyway, and he hadn't really had to do anything.
