Excellent customer service and professional installation!

A technician came out the day I called. After checking the furnace and giving me several repair/replace options, I chose to replace the furnace. The plumber helped me make the furnace choices and several plumbers, were here in three days to install it. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up after they were done. We are very happy with wise and will use them again.

All individuals were professional and focused on the job.

Very pleased with this company! The owner's son, Adam, came out in very short notice to give us a free estimate and was very personable and down to earth. He also gave us an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner unit that was almost half off what Columbus Worthington Air and Sears offered. Same products, about half the price. When the team came to install the units, they weren't able to get to our home due to road construction, and they were very flexible with us and offered to come the next day instead. They did a great job with installation and I would definitely recommend this company!

Very well. The company was very professional and worked well with me. I was very particular about the ducting placement to minimize the bulkheads needed and the spacing for the ceiling vents as we are installing a soundproofed ceiling in the basement. They were very patient with me!

All the work went very well! The were very professional and accommodated some unusual requests, as I was putting in a lowered soundproofed ceiling, the ducts they installed were not flush with the joists. They were very patient with me as I figured out the exact measurement and helped to develop a workaround for some issues I was having.

We were having problems with our AC and contacted several service providers. The AC repair turned into the purchase/installation of a complete AC system (air & furnace). The representative from Wise was the most knowledgeable of the providers we met. We were pleased with all of the work performed, the professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and follow up. We would definitely recommend Wise Heating & Cooling.

After doing some research into AC units we called another heating/AC service provider to get a quote for a new unit for our house. The technician who came to the house was not able to answer any questions we asked. He simply looked at everything and said he would respond back within a few days with a quote. Not sure what quality effort we would receive from that company, we contacted Wise. The serviceman was able to come to our house the same day. He was able to answer every question we asked and also make recommendations and comments about the various heating/AC unites we had researched. We learned that the builder had significantly undersized the unit in our house which contributed to it failing after only 15 years. Wise not only was able to provide a quote on the spot, they were able to get our AC unit to work for the short time it took for the new equipment to arrive. They installed everything as soon as it arrived (within a few days) and even completed the paperwork for us to receive high efficiency rebates from both AEP and Columbia Gas. The servicemen were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend Wise to anyone needing heating/AC service or installation.

No cool air from the AC so I called Saturday morning and my information was quickly and professionally received and was told that a technician would call back shortly. Steve the HVAC technician called back within 10 minutes and we discussed the problem and he said that he would arrive within 20 to 25 minutes. Twenty minutes later, Steve arrived and started to troubleshoot the problem and within 15 minutes he had the solution and the part. Steve fixed the unit and cleaned and serviced the unit along with checking the complete system. Steve was polite and extremely professional and was always considerate of our property. He spoke highly of the employees of Wise Heating and Cooling and I would highly recommend their services.

Our furnace quit working on a very cold evening in February. I called wise heating & cooling and within 20 minutes 2 technician was at our home. (over).

I wasn't completely happy but they gave us a new furnace and heat pump. They offered to come out twice a year. It didn't cost anything. They're fairly responsive. I will use them in the future for the follow-up of my furnace.

Sales person came to my home we made a deal, set a time frame. 3 weeks later workers show up in the appointed day, work neatly and efficiently.

Repairman was on time . Diagnosed the problem and fixed the A/C to my satisfaction.

It was good. Pricing was reasonable. I find them to be very reliable and come out pretty quickly if there is a problem. They answer the phone and get back to me.

The estimate went well. The provider was on time for the estimate and explained the products very well. He wrote up the estimate on the spot and left literature on the products. I chose the company to perform the service and the installers were right on time and coordinated well with the propane company. The installers were very knowledgeable and courteous. Had a slight issue with the furnace after they left, I called and they came back the same day.

While the estimate was fine and turned around in a timely manner, their prices were too expensive.

We contacted Wise Heating and Cooling LLC to see if they provided service to our area, and found that not only did they service our area but they were able to to come out that day and inspect our furnace. The technician was very knowledgeable and super professional. Not only did he give us a complete run down of our heating system, but he also provided us with some solid tips for general house maintenance. We were so impressed, we have already scheduled an appointment for an Spring A/C inspection. So I would highly recommend this company

It turned out fine. I would recommend them. They were reasonable. I checked between them and someone else and they had a better price for replacing the furnace and A/C. They were doing a quote for a friend and I ran into them. I needed a furnace filter and they didn't have one on them but they actually dropped a furnace filter off at my house for me. It was a good experience.

They were satisfactory. I had no complaints. They did a satisfactory job.

They installed new Bryant furnace and air conditioner about 4 years ago. When the city inspector found that the unit was defective, Wise Heating promptly replaced the furnace. We have annual maintenance contract with them. In early summer they tune and clean the air conditioner, and in the Fall they check and tune the furnace. We are very satisfied with the service and friendliness.

I thought they did an excellent job. The technician was on time and was very accommodating for a last minute request I had.

After getting estimates from numerous contractors, we selected Wise HC. For the estimate, Adam arrived on time. We explained what we needed and what had happened to our existing AC; the freon had evaporated completely from the line and was unfortunately the old freon. To replace the freon and test the line for leaking was going to cost almost $1,000. We decided to spend the extra money ONCE and upgrade to a more efficient and quieter air conditioner. We could not have been more pleased with our decision Adam was honest, up front and efficient. He explained the process and helped us pick the air conditioner that was right for us (there are LOTS of options). I had called another Trane dealer and was able to negotiate a few $100 off the originally quoted prices. Many of the other contractors were like car salesmen...they just wanted to close the deal, no matter the cost. On install day, the team arrived right on time at 9am and finished removing the old, replacing the line, coil and AC unit all by 11:30a. They cleaned up everything and were on their way. Around 2pm Adam's dad arrived to inspect that everything was installed correctly and to his standards. He was SUPER nice and very knowledgable. After reading MANY articles about AC units, I found that choosing a good unit is important, but equally, if not more important, is WHO you choose to install it. I could not be more happier so far with our decision to choose WISE HC. I feel like they provided honest answers to our questions, the people were nice (from sales to install) and so far the product itself has been great. I'm very excited about our new electronic filter and AC. So far, it has done a great job and keeping the house cool and at an even temperature. We no longer have hot spots in the house like we did before. And the new unit is SUPER quiet. It's so much larger than the old one, but 10 times quieter. We purchased at 16 seer XL16i - 3 ton unit. We received 3% off by paying cash and negotiated about $200 off by getting comparable quotes. We also receive maintenance for 1 year.
