We offer Trane, Rheem and Ruud furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and geothermal systems for new sales. We service all makes and models. We also install and service humidifiers and air filters (filters cleaned and checked). We also do duct work and can install return air, heat runs and bath fan vents. We offer duct cleaning through a very good sub. We have used them many times with no complaints. They are specialists in the field. Call for details.

Description of Work: We purchased a house and found out the furnace wasn't working. If we had to get a new furnace, we decided to switch from propane to natural gas at the same time. Wise came out and suggested a conversion instead of a whole new furnace. They found a conversion kit and held onto it until we (finally) got the natural gas onto the property. Then they came out once we called and said we were ready and did the conversion. They were nice, polite and worked with us. I will use Wise Heating again if necessary and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: They did regular preventive maintenance on my furnace and humidifier. The cost is the annual maintenance cost. In the summer they do preventive maintenance on the air conditioner.

Description of Work: They installed a new Trane electric furnace and heat pump in February of 2014. I had to call them back twice in February after the install. The first time because it was blowing out icy air when the heat was on and the second time because it was running continuously. Both times they came out that same day and fixed the problem. They also gave me a free year of check-ups because of the above two issues. It has been running perfectly since then.

Description of Work: Replaced furnace "motherboard". The gentleman who performed the services needed was professional and gave me additional information about my furnace that I had not previously known. He had to call and order the part and went that day to pick it up and replace it. Very good service!
