"Flooring itself was installed well. Trim was shoddy with globs of caulking left, walls patched poorly, door trim broken and left broken, transition strips were wrong for the floor and didnt care to do it correctly. Couldnt clean up after themselves and had little respect for personal property. I was told they would be able to set the toilet and that wasnt the case. I had to call a plumber to fix it and In the process of going behind them to finish their job. They were rushed to get the job done to move on to the next."

"11/01/2024, initial contact with Ryan (the owner). On 11/11/2024, Jason (General Manager) came to my home, provided an estimate, we signed a contract, and I paid 50%. On 11/12/2024, Jason returned with Brian (Project Manager) who took exact measurements of each window and discussed his installation plan. On 12/09/2024, I received a phone call from Jason that the custom made windows had arrived and we scheduled the installation for the following day. On 12/10/2024, Brian and Josh (Installer) showed up first thing in the morning, and despite very cold temperatures and a "wintery mix," completed the installation before 12:30 PM. We choose Freedom Windows because of their responsiveness, willingness to address very specific issues we had, and their very competitive pricing.
