Rude and inconsiderate. Started work before 6 am on Saturday morning in residential neighborhood, breaking noise ordinance laws. Do not hire if you’d like to keep good relationships with your neighbors.

The guys did a great job. Cost was fair.

Weaver Cement Inc. is the concrete contractor used by Fischer Homes to pour driveways and sidewalks for new construction in Delaware, Ohio. We had Fischer build our home and we didn't have any input on the contractors used. The driveway is a year old now but you'd think it was ten by looking at it. There were cracks in the driveway and porch almost immediately after they were poured. There are many spots where the exposed aggregate rocks are popping out, leaving small white craters. I think the issue with the cracks is due to poorly and incorrectly placed control joints. They are spread too far apart and they aren't deep enough. I didn't know enough about this when the work was first done or else I would have brought it up then. I only researched it when I noticed the problems we started having. Knowing what I do now, I would've discussed having a different contractor do the concrete work on the project with Fischer. I wouldn't hire Weaver to perform any other jobs.
