Phenomenal experience. Tricia went above and beyond in her service to us. As first time home sellers, she walked us through all of the various steps, the market conditions, pricing, staging, negotiations, etc. I personally think the true value comes via her hands-on experience in the trenches working with a variety of unique requirements and conditions that really helped us through the unexpected bumps in the road. She was always accessible, constantly provided updated and great advice; and most importantly, she was thoroughly proactive about maintaining constant progress and momentum (very astute about forecasting the details of the overall process of selling your home). Also, as an individual, Tricia is a great person ? considerate, natural in her demeanor, high integrity and great sense of humor. One other thing. I should point out Tricia?s amazing patience. She was always courteous in her response to the barrage of what-if questions from us; AND, she stayed with us even after our first attempt at selling our home when we decided to hold off for a year before proceeding with conviction. Ultimately, we sold our within 60 days! Highly recommended.
