Did a very good job on the repairs that we requested. Charges were fair and about what we expected. I would call them again if any further work is needed.

We recently hired Roof Medic for a roof replacement and new gutters. Very pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism, and their price was reasonable. The estimate was fair and common sense, they were punctual, worked hard and long days, did a very good job cleaning up, and were all around professional and very good. They were professional and punctual. Not sure if fix took care of problem as have not had a harsh winter since to test it out. So far so good.

Everything went great. We live in a wind tunnel and they made sure extra nails were used. There had been been some storm damage to the house roof and roof medic worked very closely with the insurance company to be sure we received maximum compensation.

They get in and get it done. Awesome job. It took about 2-3 weeks before anyone contacted me about a start date but when they did it was usually within a few days. Their estimates lack the detail that is desirable. Makes it difficult to determine the cost when there are changes made. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

The roof does not leak any more, so the work went great! Having the roof checked out and some minor maintenance taken care of was an extra benefit. Tony was confident that the roof would be good for quite a few more years. He is very easy to work with and was amazingly responsive, even though I was not an existing customer. Tony provides first rate service that is done timely, economically and of good quality. Original flashing was installed incorrectly and failed allowing water to get inside. Tony and his crew used correct method of install plus it looks much better. If you have roofing problems or needs look no further.

The work was just fine. I wasn't here the whole time they were here. I have had no problems since. They did good work. Everything was done as needed. They gave me a two year guarantee on their work. I have already recommended them to neighbors. I thought their pricing was fair. It looks great. They were here when they were suppose to be and it was done quickly.

The process went well. They were able to show exactly why the shingles had come loose and were able to come out within the next day to complete the repair. Completely satisfied.

They didn't outstanding job, including cleanup, which can sometimes be a challenge with these projects

Work was done VERY WELL both times - crews were punctual, professional, courteous, and efficient - and the roof repair in particular was very satisfying (it had been "repaired" twice before by the previous roofer, and still leaked - it has never leaked since Roof Medic repaired it).

Very well. A friend who works for an insurance company reviewed the contract and climbed on the roof to assure that all was done according to contract, He approved everything. No problems.

Requested an appointment with Roof Medic online after finding a water spot on the ceiling. Tony called within hours and set up an appointment for 2 days later. Tony arrived on time, even though the roofs were covered in snow. He inspected the attic and informed us that the leak was directly under the pipe from the exhaust fan over the shower, so it was likely the boot sealing the pipe and the roof had broken down and water was getting in. He would stop by in a few days when the snow melts to inspect the roof and confirm the problem. A few days later he called and said he would be in the area and asked if it would be alright if he stopped by and inspected the roof. He said we didn't need to be home if we didn't mind him on the roof while we were gone. We were not home that morning, so we gave him permission to inspect the roof whenever he got the chance. When we got home, Tony had already inspected the roof, provided us with photos of the problem, and made the repair, which was indeed what he originally thought was the problem. We were very worried this was going to be a major problem and a big bill, but Tony made everything as stress free as possible. I definitely recommend Roof Medic to everyone in need of roof inspection and repair.

Questions ask and recommended adding more installation. Fixed the problem. Very kind would use them if we needed any roofing work done.

We got 3 estimates and Tony by far was the best. His price was pretty comparable but he seemed more trustworthy than the others. Rather than step one be to do an expensive fix he recommended starting out with something inexpensive and then see if that got the job done. Unfortunately we needed a more extensive solution in the end but I really appreciated his conservative (financially) approach. We decided to replace the entire roof and he got the job done must faster than we imagined and his crew literally left our property cleaner than before they showed up. I would strongly recommend him to others.
