They made an initial diagnosis, but when person came to do the work, he found a different problem. He did the repair, and it cost less than initial estimate.

Mike Willis, was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and kind in delivery us some pretty tough news on a home we had just purchased. He would definitely be the first person I'd call and recommend with any roofing needs.

This is the update to my previous review. After a few days, I finally received my quote. My experience is it is easier and get a faster response from Tony through the Angie’s list messaging. I have decided to hire him. It may take 2 weeks before he can send his crews over.

Tony was able to come out the next day right after I called. He tried to look for the entry point of leak. Since the leak I had is difficult to pinpoint the exact location. He proposed the solution to cover all the base to prevent any further leak. Now, I am just waiting for his quote for the repair. So far I am giving him a A grade from my first meeting with Tony. Easy to talk with. He was trying his best to help.

Tony has always responded quickly to my calls or emails. The work is always completed in a timely manner as well. We will continue to use this company for repairs in our condominium association.

As far as I know they did a good job. There haven't been any leaks or issues that I know of.

I was very pleased. The issue was identified and addressed within a few hours of the initial call. Also took time to inspect the rest of the roof for other areas of concern. Price was very reasonable.

The total experience from beginning to end was great. Terry was very professional and attentive to all of the needs of the job. His crew was exceptional. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards double and triple checking that all material nails etc were cleaned up from the job site. Would recommend using them to anyone. Great job.

He didn't do any work. He jokingly said to me, I assume you are going to call me when you need me again.

It went fine. It was an fix right on the spot, and maybe took an hour. I did use them for that particular issue that we had.

He was great. I had no problems with him. He was good. He sealed up some areas, I think we had bats. He sealed up some areas that they could have entered in. He sealed up the roof and said that we were good. I thought he was excellent. The price was great. It took about a half an hour. There was one person that came out.

It didn't, because I never got a call back. Another contractor that apparently is so busy, they don't need to return calls from potential customers. I honestly don't get it. It's rude and inconsiderate. If you're too busy to take the job, at least have the decency to call back and say so.

They did a great job. They were punctual, responsive, and the work crew was fantastic, working very hard and cleaning up the yard when they were done. I am very pleased with the final result. It looks great and I would recommend Roof Medic highly. This is the second time that I have done business with them as I had previously had them roof a rather large porch with rubber due to a very low pitch - a job that required substantial structural work as well due to the poor shape of the roof at the time. 8 or so years later that roof still looks wonderful and the structure is as solid as can be. In my opinion this is the best roofing company in central Ohio. They are honest, responsive, hardworking and get the job done right.

The project went well. They had to replace a number of shingles, and when they were done I couldn't tell where the 17-year old shingles ended and the new shingles began. There has not been a sign of a leak since they did the work.

Was selling a condo and realized on a Saturday that the garage roof needed to be replaced. Tony was able to come out Monday and give me a quote. He also checked the roof on the condo to see how it was. He was able to fit us in that Thursday!! The new roof looked great and you couldn't even tell any work had been done around the garage. Amazing service at at a great price!!

They did what they said at a good price and roof is not leaking. Also inspected the rest and said it was in good shape.
