Description of Work: I had a leaky skylight and Tony came out to diagnose the problem. He determined that the skylight was not the correct one for the pitch of roof that I have and that, over time, this was causing it to leak. He offered to replace it, plus another one that was not yet leaking but was also not the right one for my roof pitch. The second one would be replaced at a discount while they were there, or I could just replace the leaky one. I opted to have both replaced. So far, no more leaks! Tony worked around my schedule, as I was out of town for the estimate (we talked on the phone to get the work set up), and he did the work as soon as possible afterwards when the weather cooperated and the skylights he ordered for my job came in and were ready to install. I was SO grateful for his flexibility and promptness, as a small part of my ceiling had collapsed due to the leak and I was anxious to get it repaired. I could not have asked for more professionalism or responsiveness. In addition, the folks that did the work were fast and thorough.

Description of Work: We had an issue with ice damming due to and area of the roof where a couple lines of the roof come together and don't get much sun exposure in winter. They provided a solution that hopefully will work. This winter will be the test so cannot really say if solution works. The owner was very attentive, prompt, and accommodating to our schedule. He came back and inspected the work and did some "touch up" paint in a small area at our request. So far we are very satisfied.
