AMAZING. I am so grateful. After a severe thunderstorm, a recurring roof leak in our kitchen cabinet came back 2 days before we were set to close on our house and move into a new one. We should've fixed it earlier, but were given different solutions from different companies ranging from $500-900 and no one really gave us a definite "This is it" answer or guarantee. Based on his glowing reviews, I called Leak Medic at 8pm that night and he called me back less than an hour later and set up an appointment the next morning. He knew of our tight timeline and situation, so he came when he said he would and took a look at it. He found what he thought to be 5 minor problems all possibly contributing to the leak. While it could be any one of them, he knew that if he fixed all five, he felt that would solve the problem. So, while he rarely offers his guarantee on same-day work, he felt confident and gave us the 2-year guarantee on the leak fix so that we could pass that on to our buyers. He was fast, nice, thorough, and honestly, a lifesaver in a very stressful week. And the icing on the cake- it was all less than $200! I couldn't believe it. Truly, THANK YOU Tony.

It went beautifully! After receiving several estimates and getting the run around by several companies, dealing with Tony was fabulous. He is a straight shooter with a great work ethic. If you want honesty and integrity, call him. My window/roof no longer leaks and his work was exactly what the estimate said it would be. Another big company said they would do it for $300 more. I was so happy with this experience.

He recommended opening up and replacing the sofit vents. He did the work and it went well.

The repair was done in a timely, professional manner. One area of the roof continued to have problems. Tony came out immediately and fixed the problem. It was a true pleasure working with Tony. His knowledge and customer rapport are excellent. Also, the delivered service was done in a very timely manner, clean-up was excellent, and the follow-up issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. If I need additional service I will call him and I gladly recommended him without reservation.

We began losing shingles during the Sunday night wind storm of 8/08. I called Tony from his ad in the yellow pages as we had no electrical power and could not access webpages. We had called a half dozen roofing companies and left messages on their voice mail and had no return calls. When we called Leak Medic, not only did Tony personnally answer the phone but he committed to being at my house within 1 hour. He came to the house within the 1 hour, and went up on the roof during the storm to install temporary patches on the areas where shingles were missing. He performed a detailed inspection of the roof, finding missing, damaged, loose and unglued shingles. Tony provided a detailed proposal and contract that evening. Tony was very intrumental in negotiating with the insurance company adjuster and through his survey of the damage, his detailed explanation of the situation and his on-the-roof inspection with the adjuster, convinced the adjuster to revise his recommendation from partial replacemtent to full roof replacement. Our house is only 9 years old with an addition that is only 2 years old, so the full roof replacement was essential. The Leak-Medic crew was very professional, safety conscious and attentive to detail. Tony was frequently onsite to direct and monitor the work. The work was performed to the highest standards and the cleanup was exceptional. We have already recommended Tony and Leak-Medic to a number of friends and neighbors, many of whom have used their service. We could not have been more pleased with the performance of the Leak-Medic team and the final results of their efforts.

After reading all the Angie's List roofer reviews, I was prepared for this process to be a hassle where many things would go wrong and close supervision of the work would be necessary on my part. I picked five of the best reviewed roofers to provide estimates. I decided on Leak Medic because their estimate was the best value for my money and Tony West seemed like he was very sincere about meeting customer needs and would be accomodating to any problems I might have. I felt he really cared about providing good customer service. Ultimately, I had not a single problem. They exceeded my expectations in every way. What I anticipated as being a chore was such a breeze which left me nothing to do but sign a check! First, Tony met with my insurance adjuster to point out some storm damage. Even though my roof was old and in poor condition, after his meeting with the adjuster, I ended up having the second story roof area paid by insurance which was half of the cost for the whole roof. When signing the contract, I told Tony I had been burned badly by service providers getting money in advance, and then never showing up to do the job. He was very understanding and said it'd be fine to pay him when the job is complete. Only a couple days later, his men were on the job, even sooner than I anticipated. The crew worked so diligently and quietly that I hardly knew they were here, except for the pounding on the roof. Tony dropped by to check on things and all was going so well, I went out for a few hours. They replaced my roof in much less time than I expected. They completed the work in the one day, finishing the job by dinnertime. Thinking that now I'd have to deal with some damage to my property, nails and debris not picked up ,I was surprised to find none of that. Tony dropped by at the completion to inspect the work and he picked up a couple pieces of the old roof and that was all. The quality of the installation was top notch, they even cleaned my gutters and swept my front porch. First class service! Add to that a $100 gas card I received as an Angie's List member and the experience couldn't have been better.

Leak Medic responded very quickly. Other roof repair companies that were called gave one to two weeks before they would even look at the situation. They came out on the weekend, gave us a fair price, they were professional and started the work on Monday. They removed the area, inspected the roof for weak wood, and made the repair the same day. A week later the "BOSS" came out and inspected the work, I asked him to look at a suspect area at the other end of the house over the garage that was leaking into the ceiling of the garage near a chimney, He climbed on the roof, found a problem, repaired the flashing and would not let me pay him for the additional work even though it had nothing to do with the original roof repair. I will recommend Leak Medic to all my friends.

Very prompt in responding to my call and coming out to my house. He fixed the leak and back shingle on the first trip and came back two days later to clean the siding. His pricing was very reasonable and his work was great. Best part is that my roof has not leaked since he has been there and he even includes a 2 year guarantee. Will definitely call him again when for any roofing or siding needs.

Tony was great. Very professional and responsive. He is the first roofer, after trying at least five different companies, to repair our leak. Do give him the opportunity to work for you. I don't think you will be disappointed.

It was very good. It was really cold out and they finished within a couple of days. They cleaned up very well. The quality of work was excellent.
