Did a great job and was on top of his game. Everything was organized and professional.

During very heavy rains, we developed a leak in the roof. We had water coming in through a can light in a hallway. It was around 4:40 p.m. I headed straight for the computer, logged into Angie's List and started calling the top-rated roofing companies. While quite helpful, many of them had been slammed with calls and couldn't get out to us for 5-14 days! I was a bit panicked. I called Leak Medic, left a message and went on calling companies. Tony called me back within a few minutes and said he could come out the next morning. He did say he was willing to come out that night but would have to charge an after-hours rate. He felt that waiting until the next morning was fine. As promised, Tony came out the next day and determined that we had hole, most likely from a tree limb falling. He repaired the hole and no more water!

I discovered a pretty significant leak in the ceiling of one room in my one-story home. I called Tony, the owner of Leak Medic, on the recommendation of a friend. We arranged a time for him to come look at the problem. When an earlier spot opened up in his schedule the next day, he called to see if we could bump the appointment up, which I really appreciated. He examined the roof, took pictures with his phone and showed me the problem spot. I appreciated the care that he took to explain the situation and his recommended course of action. We set up a time when his employee, Rick, would come make the repairs. Again, an earier time came open and Rick was able to do the work right away. Rick was punctual, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. I was very happy with the work and with both Tony and Rick. I felt that the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Leak Medic to anyone with roof issues.

Tony West operates his company as a first rate professional. We were impressed with his roofing expertise and with his excellent interpersonal skills. Rick, the installer, was personable, efficient, willing to answer questions and did a fine job cleaning the work area. We are dry now and Leak Medic offered us a two year warranty!

His price was only a little more than half of the other bid that we already had. If you have a leak, call Tony !

This guy saved us a HUGE hassle with pulling everything out the closet and having the roof leak in the middle of flooding rains. We would definitely recommend him.

Came out immediately to look at ceiling leak problem. During inspection in the attic (looking for the leak) noted no air in the attic space. Took pictures to show me that previous roofer had not cut out roof peaks during install of the new-style vents on my house. Previously I had conventional vents. Leak Medic noted that they could see where the old vents had been covered over. Leak Medic corrected the incorrect install of the roof valleys (I had also changed the valley system from metal valleys to interwoven valleys) and they had not been cropped correctly, causing water to seep into the house. Also probable cause was (sorry!!) an immense pile of raccoon droppings in a valley. I have also had a tree service come out to remove any possible ways for raccoons to get onto my roof. I have had no leaks since and am very happy with Leak Medic's expertise. The raccoons are persistent and I am hopeful that they have found a different place to locate their bathroom facility!! They did an IMMEDIATE repair on the valley leak (removed raccoon droppings and cropped the shingles on ALL valleys), and came back the next week to remove old/cut air slot/install new roof vents. They also noted that some of my gutters were stopped up with leaves, etc. They cleaned out my gutters for me. I asked him if he could install gutter guards for me and he recommended/priced that for me. He sent a sub-contracted crew out to install the gutter guards. So far I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the work done here. Am looking forward to not having stopped-up gutters this year.

Great job! Needed a defective roof replaced. Their diagnosis concurred with another roofer that the shingles are bad. They ensure enough were pulled to file a claim. Fast response, came out on a weekend, and happy with the work!We did not price shop. Just found him here on Angie's list and noticed he was local.

We noticed a leak in the family room in March of 2010.We hired roofers to check the leak,Several people came and did their best but the leak did not stop inspite of several interventions .Whenever we had a storm and severe down pour it leakeed again and again.till June of 2011,now for about 14 months.We had to keep three buckets at three different spots on and off for 14 months and we were getting frustrated and tired. In June of 2011 I found the company LEAK MEDIC thru angies list.I called them in June 2011 .Mr.Dave came and gave an estimate.He said they can fix it.He was very confident and assured us they will find the leak and get it fixed.He was very professional and deeply expressed concern that we had been suffering for 14 months.His estimate was very reasonable..In July Tony and Rick came and worked for two days and fixed it. They had difficult time to find the leak.They said this is the worst and very challenging leak they have encountered in the several years they have been working.They wanted to make sure that the leak really stopped.The wanted us to watch during storm and heavy rain for 1 month.We waited and after 4 or 5 heavy rain shower there was no leak at all.After making sure there was no leak they came again and gave a final sealimg..We are releived that the leak of 14 months was finally stopped and we no more had to keep the buckets. Tony and Rick were very professional ,courteos and took it as a challenge .Tony said until we fix it we will not quit..All three,Tony,Rick and Dave were excellent to work with and we are well pleased

Fabulous, Tony was great, and tried to help as much as he could.

We worked with Dave and also met with Tony (the owner). Dave came out to walk the roof and identified wind damage. He then guided me through the process of making the insurance claim and met with the inspector and negotiated with the inspector for a high enough payout to do a high quality replacement. The cost of Leak Medic was higher than another 'mom & pop' operation that we also were quoted by but the Leak Medic job/estimate was much more thorough and high quality. All of the best materials were used with the GAF HD Shingles including drip edge, weather and ice shield, starter strips, accent paint, etc. In the end, we have a very high quality roof that we look forward to lasting for several decades.

This went very well. Tony even helped with trying to get our home warranty company to cover the charges.

The crew wasn't able to start the day planned, due to weather and other commitments. When they arrived, they worked the first day from 8:30 am until late into the evening. The following day they worked from 8:30 am until around 5-6 pm. They completed the major portion of the job, Tony came back in a day or two and did some additional touch up work, etc. The job was, as we were warned, messy, but at the end of the second day, the crew did a very good job cleaning up even finer bits of debris. The roof looks as good as it could look, and so far, no leaks, and probably will not be any. Tony West did check on the progress of the job on both days, noting some corrections or changes in what the crew had done or was doing. Some gutter screening was damaged-lost during the process, but we probably will have this replaced with a better product, and use Leak Medic to install new gutter guard. The price for this job was very reasonable, I suspect well below what most companies would charge for the same job and materials.

Lead Medic figured out what had been stumping other roofing companies for 4 years. I can't even begin to count how many times we had our original roofer out to try and figure out where our ceiling leaks were coming from (upwards of 12 times over four years). Roof Medic came out, spent a hour or more checking the roof, took pictures, developed a plan, and provided us with a temporary fix until they could come out and permanently fix the problem. They came out within three weeks of their initial visit, got right to work, cleaned up everything and so far our problems have not reappeared. We also have a two year warranty on the fix, and while I'm giving it another couple of months before I start sealing the stains and painting ceilings (after such a long standing problem, I have trust issues!); I think this time our problems have been solved.

Company is very professional, punctual and polite. Repaired roof and installed new channels to address leaks. Installed new protective barrier in trouble spot as well. Repaired and painted damaged trim. They had the best package of details regarding their work and were patient with us as we made our decision. Provided pictures of completed work as well.

Tony West has to be from the "old school" whereas he treats his customers like he wants to be treated. He normally answers the phone when you call with a visit shortly thereafter. The work is superb and he cleans up after the job is finished. This homeowner would highly recommend his service to anyone! Fair prices in my opinion as well.

During a freezing, icy rainstorm water began leaking in through the ceiling in our shower and down the wall outside the shower, causing damage to the paint and drywall. After seeing such good reports on Angie's List for Leak Medic, I called them at about 10 p.m. on a Tuesday night and got a voice mail greeting. I left a message briefly explaining the issue and received a call back from Tony within about one minute. He took the time to speak with me a bit about the problem I was experiencing. Although the weather had him booked up for appointments all day the next day (Wednesday), he agreed to come between 8-9 a.m. Thursday morning. He arrived promptly during that time window Thursday morning with another associate. Tony looked at the bathroom interior and then joined the other guy outside to climb up to inspect the roof. After a brief period of time outside, Tony advised us that the leak we'd experienced Tuesday night was due to ice dams forming in our gutters. He explained that our problem was mainly due just to the unusual nature of the weather that night...there was no serious flaw in our roof. He provided a couple options for things we might want to consider to prevent ice dams from forming in the future, but no repair work was done and there was no charge from him for the trip to our house. I appreciated that he was prompt and very responsive, and gave an honest opinion of the issue rather than trying to sell us a bunch of repairs we didn't need. He must be right...we haven't had any more leaking since the ice storm ended. Our gutters are not in the best shape, however, so we did agree to get an estimate from him for some gutter work in the future.

Returned punctually on the date agreed upon and worked diligently to completion. Discussed the repairs with me. Perfect from start to finish.

Super! Tony and Rick are really wonderful people! They're both very hard-working, easy-going, honest men! I cannot recommend them highly enough! They both have gone beyond our expectations in everything they did for our humble-looking Mansard roof. Tony knows how this type of roof is constructed and knew exactly where the weak points (for leaks) were and what to do to make sure they are prevented/stopped. The previous owner had neglected the exterior (fascia and soffit) for many years and was in dire need of quality repair in more than a few places. This is exactly what Tony and Rick have given it! They did things the right way (like an owner would do, taking time to work on his own home) and without charging extra for it! Wow! In fact, Tony did not even ask for a deposit! He also did not want to be paid as work progressed and portions were being completed (it took several days to finish everything - the work was interrupted by a typhoon-like storm during the week and they came back today, a Saturday... cheerfully traveled all the way from Pataskala to finish the work - our home is on the North side of town). Tony has given us a two-year warranty against leaks - can't beat that! They worked on sunny days, in oppressive heat (temps were in the 90's with high humidity making it feel like a steam bath - this, in September!) and have sunburns to prove it! When the time comes for us to replace our Mansard roof, there is no question that we will be calling Tony West of Leak Medic (and Rick) to come out and do the job for us. There really is no one out there better qualified/experienced, and more trustworthy, than Tony and Rick for roof repair and/or roof replacement! One can't put a price tag on peace of mind - we feel very fortunate to have found them! [Our neighbors have had a tree and big branches fall on their garage roof during the storm! We immediately recommended Tony and Rick to them. I sincerely hope they get the job because I know the neighbor will be extremely satisfied with the quality of their work, just the way we are! It went great! Tony came out within an hour of me calling him (we live about 1 mile from his office). He advised us that we had no roof damage, and the water came through to our ceiling because "sideways rain" can get underneath ridge vents, especially if they're cheaper material, as ours is. He explained that there wasn't an urgent need to fix anything, and provided us a very reasonable quote for installing a new ridge vent of better quality material. He didn't charge us for this visit. Tony was very courteous and professional, and we definitely will work with him on the project to replace the ridge vent.
