Roof Medic

I had a leak over my family rooms. The roofer said it was not the roof and refused to come. I called Roof Medic and he came and offered several solutions. I did the cheapest one first but the leak persisted. I called him back and he came out again. To save me money, he suggested having the stucco repainted and it worked! ( He could have done other services and charged more, but he was honest and did not. ) Great company!!

Tony's initial response to our call was prompt and professional. He inspected the roof, did a temporary repair since rain was expected and presented options. At no time was it a hard sell approach but rather an informed decision with a caring attitude. The installers were right on time, efficient and cleaned up all debris. The roof looks fabulous without any leaks. This was a seamless project without any hassle. Tony and his crew were true professionals!

I requested an apt on-line and was never called.

This is the 3rd time I have used the Leak Medic (Roof Medic) for roof and/or siding repairs. (Rental property with damage from some bad tenants and an old roof with some bad storms). Tony has always done an outstanding job for me and exceeded my expectations at a very reasonable cost. I will continue to call him for any roofing and siding repairs and have and will continue to recommend him to anyone in need of the same.

We used Roof Medic patch a few places in the past so we knew their workmanship so when this happened we called them immediately. They were out the same day to tarp the roof immediately. When I called them they were here within 2 to 3 hours putting tarps up on the roof before we even started the whole insurance process. The man from Roof Medic got up on the roof with the insurance adjuster who was hem hawing around acting like he wasn't going to replace the roof but the man from Roof Medic told him that we pay our premiums, we are good customers, and the adjuster knows the roof needs to be replaced instead of just patching it. I was pretty impressed with how he dealt with the insurance company. Roof Medic stand by their work, are easy to talk to, are definitely trustworthy, and do a fantastic job. When they are done they clean up after themselves so there is nothing left behind. They had the old roof off and the new roof on in one day. I highly recommend them.

Tony, owner of the company, spent hours looking for a siding that was comparable in color and style to the existing siding. We could not be more pleased with his choice--perfect in every way!! My cost after insurance coverage $0.00. A year ago, after a severe storms my roof began to leak I contacted three roofing company. Roof Medic was prompt in setting and arriving for the appointment, was very professional, willing to work with me and my insurance company which cost me nothing. The job was completed in one day and all clean up with superb. I would hire them again in a split second how with my new roof it may take 30 years unless I have more damage.

We had noticed a couple of curled shingles on our roof. Tony came out and inspected our roof and after he was finished he came down with pictures of many areas of our roof that were damaged by wind. He suggested that we contact our insurance company. When the insurance adjuster came out, Dave from Roof Medic came over and went up with the adjuster to examine our roof. It was determined that there enough damage to require a new roof. The entire roof was replaced in one day. The crew did a great job of installing the roof and cleaning up after the work was done. Tony and Dave are very personable and made a follow up visit to inspect the installation and clean up. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

It was awesome. Well, there was like a shingle that had popped up because we had this wind storm I don’t know few weeks after they came out and the dude, Tony from the Roof Medic he came out and fix it for free. We’ve checked with the several other people and they have really good price.

This was a return visit and I appreciate his follow up.

I had called Tony about a leak I had in my front door and he couldn't respond that day so I used someone else but he did come out and give me an estimate to repair the problem. I used him to replace the entire roof and perform final repairs on the section where the leak was. When it warmed up enough for them to install the roof they came in with at least 10 guys, a dumpster and laid plastic around the outside of the house and had the entire job done in a day and a half. We just had our first real rainstorm since it was installed and I didn't see any leaks. I would use them again. Tony is a good guy and will give you a good price.

Materials delivered the day before and placed on roof. Crew arrived soon time the next morning, put tarps down and removed the old shingles and repaired some of the plywood that was damaged. By 6 pm they were finished installing the new roof and flashing. They cleaned up as they went and when finished the property was clean. Very happy with the quality of the work.

Overall, we were pleased with the service; however, some of the installation crew were not as conscientious about cleaning up their trash as I would have liked. I found parts of my old roof in my flower beds for about a month after completion. In October, I needed some work done on a rental property I own and Leak Medic addressed my ongoing problem immediately...and to date, it looks like Leak Medic fixed it.

Tony gave us an estimate and the work was completed a week later. He was very professional and pleasant to work with--work was done timely and in line with the estimated cost. Tony's crew came in and did the job quickly, on schedule and cleaned up the work site upon completion.

Tony was on time, very professional, and knew what was needed. He did all the above and he also cleaned our sky lights at no added cost. I could not have had a better experience. Tony will be our roofing/gutter "go to guy" from now on.

Tony was very thorough and sealed gap around window flashing even when I didn't ask him to. The reviews on Angie's list for this contractor were very good and accurate. Will use this company in the future.

Tony gave us an estimate to fix the problems I asked him to fix. He didn't look around for other "problems" to crank up the bill, as did one of his competitors. His prices were reasonable. No gouging just because we live in a nice neighborhood, which is usually my experience. His work was done well and promptly. The roof no longer leaks. While I was getting other estimates he didn't call the house a dozen times to get the job. Excellent service all the way around by an honest, straightforward professional. Highly recommend! I will call him again if I ever need roof work.

Tony has resolved issues with our roof leaking on two occasions. The first was in 2010 after another roofer botched a roofing job. The second time in 2011 was for a problem with flashing around a window that was causing a leak. In both cases Tony quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it correctly. He was very prompt in returning calls and performing the work as scheduled. We would not hesitate to recommend Tony or work with him again.

We had a bad leak at the roofline and Tony was prompt, came out and fixed it the first time. I had a couple of quotes for the work, but Tony had the best explanation for me.

The roofing crew was very professional and did an excellent job. They did all of the work in one day, and also did a great job cleaning up after they were finished. I used them two years ago because I had a leak in my roof that nobody could find. It was after a number of years and after having the roof and chimney replaced but it was still leaking. He came out and found it immediately and fixed it. It hasn't leaked since. Their price was very fair and reasonable.
