Roof Medic

The owner provided a fast follow up to my initial inquiry. Easily scheduled an appointment which was the same week. Stopped out, gave us an estimate and took care of the leak/repair in the roof that morning. It couldn't have gone any better. Thank you!

Roof Medic was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came when he said he would & completed the job in a timely manner. (We had had others who could not fix the base problem and often did not show up at all.

The first visit involved an inspection and estimate. Shortly afterward a man performed the job. A week later received the bill.

Yup! On time, friendly and informative. Once on my roof did walk around. Found a hole in one valley, patched, removed debris from crumbling chimney and advised repairs.

I called Roof Medic in the morning and Tony came out within 4 hours, inspected my roof and found I needed a gasket around a vent pipe. He did the repair right then.

This was a tricky problem. Roof Medic was very professional and creative in their approach. Problem solved.

Another contractor had put a roof over a patio. The roof leaked at the attachment to the house and in an outside corner. Roof Medic did a really successful job to stop the leaking and stopped leaks at a roof vent that had not been properly installed. Top notch all the way around! They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. Was very prompt, reliable and efficient. Would use Roof Medic again in a heart beat!

This is the 2nd time we have used Tony. We needed some minor repairs done to our roof. He responded very quickly and too take of the issue in an extremely timely manner. We love working with him as he is always quick, honest, and goes above and beyond for his customers.

Tony did an amazing job! He initially came out to look at our roof as we knew it was in bad shape and needed replaced. He explained the process and showed us some other issues that we were having with our house that the engineer never caught. He was very honest and took the time to answer our questions and to work with us. He gave us a price that he would charge, assuming the worst, from what he initially saw and when it was not as bad as expected he returned the rest. During the time Tony was helping us, other issues were found with the exterior of the home and he helped us out immensely. He encouraged us to get second opinions and to get other bids, which reflects his honesty and integrity. We did and found him to be very reasonable and we were very impressed with him and the quality of the work done! He replaced the roof, trim, soffit, and fixed the rotten and damaged areas. All while bringing it up to code (it was an older home). He was not pushy at all and his crew was very efficient. We were also very amazed at how well they cleaned up afterwards. We were so impressed that we had him also replace our gutters and again he did not disappoint! During the process we got to talking about the need for new siding (we knew our siding was falling apart and had issues). He was able to get us new siding through a sub-contractor for a very reasonable price. He stayed on top of every part of the siding process and was even able to help us get new doors and get us help in repairing some areas of the substructure that had been damaged by years of neglect to the home (these were found incidentally as they removed the siding). Everyone we worked with through Tony, was courteous and honest. He helped make the best of a bad situation, when it came to the unexpected issues that arose during the renovations. We used him for every aspect of our exterior renovation as we felt comfortable with him, knew he was very honest and his prices were reasonable. We have a lot of respect for Tony and would recommend him to anyone!

Tony? came out on time & performed work well. When I still had a problem, he came right back out to fix it and did not charge me. Very reasonably priced.

He is not pushy. He is just a really nice guy. He just does all kinds of things. That was one of those instances. I called him and said, "Do you do siding?". He said, "Yes, I can do siding. We can figure out some siding solutions." So, it was like, "Okay, come and figure out my siding solution."

Tony is a good guy. He did a lot of work done in that house for me and he did gutters and gutter guards and some roof work on the house that I'm moving in now and that would have been probably April of this year. They also did work for me back there in September with this other job but I called them again April this year. The worst case scenario, I call him and leave him a message and he calls me back within a couple of hours. He is very responsive and he tries to find if you ask him for a cheaper solution, he will try to find a cheaper solution. We first used him in a house that we lived in before we had a condensation problem. We though we had a roof leak and he came and he said, "You don't have a roof leak. Your roof is just fine". He said it looks like condensation and eventually, we figured out the problem and fixed it. We didn't have him fix it, but we fixed it. He is just a really nice guy. He just does all kinds of things.
