Roof Medic

We were very pleased with their service. My dad also had them do work on his roof.

I liked them a lot. It's a small company but the owner was very attentive. He did all that I asked for them to do. It was very satisfactory. My interaction with them was fine. The work was good. Quality was excellent.

They did not come back and do the work. Said that we would call me back, he never returned my calls. Updated 2/10/2017: He called and wanted me to change this review. He asked what the problem was and I explained that after he finally came out he never responded. I told him that was not very good customer service. He again asked me to change my review. I declined and told him he was unresponsive and to me that is worse than doing bad work. I told him that I had originally called him because he had good reviews and he again asked me to change my review. I again declined and at that point he said "f*** you." Even more reason for me to leave my review as is. This is not a way to do business.

It was very good, they were very efficient. We had a couple of shingles missing which they replaced and tore out some bad spots on the roof. I thought it was a fair price, and they were here when they said they would be. They did a nice job.

Roof Medic's service went just fine. Nothing stood out with the experience either good or bad. There's nothing they could have done differently to make the experience even better. Well, I said it was over a year ago, so the memory is long gone. We were trying to sell the house and there was work that needed to be done or we're in a hook to do in this contract. Definitely an A for responsiveness. Very good punctuality.

Roof Medic did fine. I got a good roof- it's a new roof, so that's all that counts. The job they did was fine.

Roof Medic was good, everything was really good. They contacted us quickly, you know, after we had called about the initial estimate. They came out quickly and the owner was professional, friendly.

Roof Medic's service is great but I called them back saying I need an additional work and they've not called me back, so, that just seems really weird to me but the work they had done quite a while ago, I guess, almost a year ago, was good. The guy that came out was super willing to help out and he tried to sort out the problem and he was serious in getting it done.

Very well. On time as promised. Clean-up was also great. Have a friend who processes claims for an insurance company. He read the contract and climbed on the roof to inspect it. He assured me that everything was done well and according to the contract. Company was also lower than other estimates.

It all went very well. The owner worked with me to get the repairs done as soon as possible even though I had to be out of town during much of the critical time. It was all done efficiently and I've had no further problems.

They did an exceptional job at a fair price and cleaned up well. I was very impressed when they inspected the roof thoroughly, found a leak around the chimney peak that was causing ceiling damage, and recommended a cap to be installed. No other bidder found this leak. He also recommended metal valleys to be installed that would not accumulate debris from our tree like the "california-cut" others were planning to do. They even removed and re-installed my gutter guards.

Full tear off and re-roof went great and fast. Changed the way the venting works and our loft is much cooler when it is hot out. Could not of gone better.

Great, both owners showed up, very professional, seen exactly what the job needed, pinpointed in less then 5 minutes after showed they showed up. Very impressed.

Tony was able to diagnose the issue as a leak due to a the rain drainage in an upstairs window. He was able to pull the siding off and devise a great solution without the expense of getting a new window. Even after a lot of hard rains, no leak...so glad I found this company! Like every industry, roofing companies have specialties. I don't think you can find a more experienced company for roof leaks than this. They have seen it all and can diagnose and fix roof leaks where others couldn't.

The Roof Medic did a great job. He came out to review the job, provided a few options to consider, as well as helped us pick out a shingles style and color that would look great on our home. Tony is a no pressure kind of guy. It was refreshing to work with someone that was more interested in you getting exactly what you wanted vs. making a fast buck. Great! No further leaks. Tony was extremely nice.

Although the roof was only 12 years old, we had experienced other problems with the roof and decided to proceed with necessary repairs and at the same time replace the entire roof. Tony, did everything he said he would and in a very timely manner. His workmen were careful with everything and very neat. All debris was kept cleaned up and the entire job was completed in one day. Tony was available at all times by cell phone and he came next day to inspect the entire job and to be certain that everything was done to both his and our satisfaction. We were very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to use his company again.

Tony was on time. He thoroughly inspected the attic, soffits, and furnace for possible problems. He provided an understandable explanation of what he was doing and why, as well as determining possible repairs.

Tony and his company did a great job! I had contacted Roof Medic previously to stop birds from getting in my attic and I was impressed with the service then. So when it came time to have my roof replaced, I contacted Tony. Tony helped us with the entire process and his inspector worked closely with my insurance adjustor to get the proper repairs approved. There was one small issue that was discovered afterwards, that may or may not have been caused by his team. When I called Tony to discuss, he immediately scheduled time to come back and fix it. I think most contractors would have argued with me or required proof that it was their fault. Tony just explained how it might have happened and fix it without charge or a hassle. Definitely the best contractor that I have ever dealt with since moving to Pataskala!

Tony West, the owner, was fantastic! He answered all the multitude of questions during the inspection and the free estimate. He was always patient and kindly welcomed all our thoughts and further questions also on the second visit before we choose his company to do the new roof. No wonder they have a 99% on Angie's list. The crew leader also answered all questions that my husband had during the tear off process and total installation. The quote was fair and one of the best we received. Tony was there every day to monitor the process. They cleaned up after working here every day. We would use them again for sure and recommended them highly.

We obtained bids from three of the best roofers in the area. While all three were impressive, Roof Medic was the clear winner. Tony, (owner of Roof Medic) really went the extra mile to find a unique drip edge that is compatible with the unusual fascias on our house. He was also there at the start of the job to instruct the crew on the issues pertaining to our house. The crew was very skilled and hard working. They did an excellent high quality job, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. Dave (project coordinator) came by the next day to check things out and to make sure we were pleased with the work. And Tony did the same thing a few days later. We are very pleased with our new roof. It looks great, and we know it was done properly.

Company offered honest assessment of repair. No pressure sales. Offered competitive price. Great job done in one day.
