Description of Work: Called them out for a leak. The actual owner of the company, Tony, met with me. He quoted me about $250 for the leak repair but I also asked him for a quote on entire roof replacement since it was getting pretty old. He was so honest and personable about everything that I decided to go for replacement rather than repair. His crew was great and Tony actually showed up during the work to ensure that all was going well. There was nary a roofing nail left after the job was completed. There was also a minor detail that needed addressed about a week after the job was done and that was handled with no hassle. While their prices might be a little higher than than bigger guys, the customer service and quality of the work are well worth it.

Description of Work: Tony and his crew fixed a leak in my roof. The crew who did the work were great.

Description of Work: Tony fixed a leak in one of my windows. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He found the problem and fixed it. I would definately use his company again and would recommend him to others.

Description of Work: After very hard rain and hail, we had a couple of leaks in two roof areas. He came out and assessed, a piece of siding had shifted, he secured that and so far so good. He also suggested replacement of boots on roof as well which we did.

Description of Work: I had a very minor leak in my roof causing a soft spot in the up stairs bathroom ceiling. The owner climbed on my roof, inspected the flashing in two spots and determined they were not the source of the leak. He then crawled up into my attic in the very far back corner and determined the water was coming from an old lead pipe used to vent the toilet. He put a hat/cap on the top of the pipe (back on the roof). It fixed the problem!

Description of Work: I had scheduled four companies to come out to look at what was causing two leaks in my house. Ohio Exteriors/Interiors was the first company to come out. They quoted me $3,300 which was a discount from the original 3,500 for extensive work that they felt needed to be done on my roof to stop the leaking. Ohio Exteriors/Interiors actually came out a day earlier because the gentlemen wanted to see if they could remedy the problem because of rain that was coming that night. He even offered to put tarmac on the spots. I declined because I wanted a second opinion. Leak Medic was the second company to come out. Al was pleasant and arrived on time. He checked the rough for about 15 minutes. He told me that my spouts on both sides of my split-level house needed to be turned the other way and an extension needed to be added so that rain water could go in the other direction. I asked him if I had any roof damage or if he saw anything else wrong. He said no and that he was so sure that that was the problem that he would give me two-year warranty. I felt comfortable with his diagnosis and hired him to do the work that afternoon. The total: $175. It rained all night Friday and into the morning Saturday. I don't see any leaking. I would definitely hire them again. I felt that Al was really knowledgeable about leaks and roofs. I cancelled the appointment with the two other companies because as I stated above I felt really comfortable with Al's diagnosis. I really thought the job was going to cost a lot more based on my first estimate and would have paid a fair rate if it needed extensive work, but I was pleased that it was under $200 and didn't require extensive work.

Description of Work: Tony came out and gave me an estimate to repair my roof, down spouts, siding, and 3 soffits from the Sept., 2008 windstorm. I got several other quotes from other roofers but no one came close to his pricing. I decided to use Leak Medic and less than a week later my home was fixed. Everything was put back to normal. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I would also use Leak Medic again. I was referred to this company by a friend who used them for a full roof replacement in Sept., 2008.
