Tony contacted me, went out to look at the damage, gave me an estimate, and did the work in line with the estimate. Excellent service and easy to work with - couldn't ask for more!

They got the bid to replace entire roof . Super freindly and through min the est. and bidding process. Leak Media out of 7 possible biddres was the only one to offer quality products and workmanship and most of all VALUE!!!! WILL RECOMMEND TO MY CLOSEST FREINDS!!!Troy West was pleasure to work with.

Went over and above the call of duty to ensure that our Insurance company was aware of all damages to our roof even when they refused to accept his estimate (we didn't agree w/ the one the Insurers sent out so we called Servicemagic for an independent local roofer). We haven't finished the battle yet, so I have no information on his work, but if his customer service is any indication, then I anticipate a great job.

Leak Medic kept the costs down and did a great job and was very professional.

He came out immediately after I called even though he had alot of other business because of the wind storm. He looked so tired. I felt bad for him, BUT my siding looks great!

I very much appreciated Tony's honesty in determining the leaking in my sunporch following a heavy rainstorm was actually from clogged gutters and not a roffing problem. He cleared the trouble spot of the gutter and did not charge me. I passed his contact information to a co-worker who may need a new roof. If I ever need assistance with my roof again, I will definitely call Leak Medic.

Overall experience was very good. Although he was quite late, he called to let me know he was still tied up at previous job. I would use again and refer Leak Medic.
