Honest, quick and professional. Very thorough in his inspection. I am a retired GC/Engineer, I needed Tony's eyes since I am 420 miles away from my daughters home. He was very responsive and thorough, we will use him for the repair work. I told Tony up front that this would be inspection only since the old roofer had offered to do the work, Tony's inspection fee was $125. On discovery of inadequate venting, we will hire Tony to do the repair work.

Very professional. They came and did an extensive evaluation of my roof damage and gave me a written report along with the estimate. The cost to repair the roof was fair and the work was done well and I've had no problems since. They were excellent!

Tony was very professional, he showed up on time to our appointment and answered all my questions. He was also ahead of scheduled on the work that I needed them to perform.

Tony came out and gave me an amazing estimate. I originally was interested in only replacing my siding, but he gave me a great rate on the roof and gutters. His helpfulness and great prices led us to replace everything. Every one of his crews that came to our house had polite and extremely helpful workers. Not only did they replace everything in the contract with a high level of craftsmanship, they took the time to properly clean up and notify us of any delays (weather related). My only regret is they do not deal with the remaining needed repairs on my home. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Great prices, great work, great experience�

Leak Medic was great. First to call me when I used servicemagic. Arrived exactly on time, located the problem before even getting on my roof. He had it fixed within the hour and at a very reasonable price. Not only did he fix the area that was causing the leak, he also took his time and checked out the rest of my roof, making repairs as he noticed problem areas. Very impressed.

My experience with you (Tony and the team) was very positive. Responses to questions were always prompt and courteous, the repair is exactly as discussed following the initial investigation, and the cost was a little less than expected -- bonus!
