Never showed up.
Description of Work: I needed a list of things, from bad switches to hang second story vaulted fan. They came out for an estimate which they had to reschedule twice and sent someone out last minute the third time. After getting estimate (including $300 to switch vaulted ceiling fan), I agreed and advised we would like them to come as soon as possible so they scheduled on a Saturday (100% their suggestion). I confirmed the evening before on Friday and asked for a time and they replied 9-9:30am. 10:30am I check in, no reply. 11:30am I called, no answer or reply. Sat home all day, (skipping in-law thanksgiving) and no show, no answer AND no call! Had another time they no showed in the past, a week later they said it was because they got a flat. Regardless to say I am no longer using them.

On my end my phone said it delivered the message. On their end they never got it. I do not miss appointments and never have. I am truly shocked by your character. You were once a close friend of my wife’s when you worked with her. I have done multiple jobs for you and have always extended discounted rates and never missed appointments. I am blown away that you can not understand what happened and would post something like this. I really do not know who you truly are apparently. Good luck.

It all went well, except that there was a miscommunication and he did not get my message via Angie's List to come on a certain day. But it was easily rescheduled, and next time I would contact him directly thru his email.

They were professional and friendly; it was very clear that they were highly experienced and that they had done this type of job many times before.
