Mike Powers was vey professional and on time. I was very pleased with the quality of his work.

Mike did a great job - we are now cord free and all our tv stuff - Directv box, etc are in the closet. He advised us on the best way to do this and bought the bracket. He was professional in every way. I also liked his dad, who handled the chandelier and then helped Mike. Two nice guys!

Mike and his employees did a great job. All of the work was completed in a timely manner and everything was done neatly and with great professionalism. Mike and his crew were punctual and efficent in their work. The quality of work was great. When it came time to install appliances, they completed the task quickly but without causing any damage to the floors or drywall/paint which was already completed. Everything worked perfectly! The finishing work was done very well and we are thrilled with all of our lighting and fixtures. It truly adds so much to the finished result of our kitchen.

Mike Powers (the owner of the company) is hands down the BEST Electrician and ALL around handy man who is flexible and easy going on any project that a customer might have. His willingness and creativity helped me make the best decisions for finishing my basement for my family! Great. Completed in one day. Our contractor was amazed. All done with no damage or any new hole cuts to our existing ceiling. They cleaned up their mess and vacuumed the floor. We'll use them for our basement remodel this summer.

I obtained this company's profile and my husband called to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a number of small electrical projects. The company did call and was set to be at our home on Saturday morning. Not only did no one show up, but they did not call to give an explanation or re-schedule. We have moved on to other companies for our business.

Ceiling Fan was on a 16 foot vaulted ceiling. Punctual and Great price. Provided a free estimate and gave me a 10% Discount for Angies List.

From the start at just getting quotes, Mike provided helpful ideas and advice to us as we thought about lighting for the room and where to run wires, including CAT 6. His quote was also reasonable compared to others, but his helpful ideas made him the clear winner. He is very easy to work with. We did have to move the initially scheduled work date as he has some under the weather associates, but he accommodated and asked if he could come Saturday, which worked out just fine. They showed up promptly and got right to work. My daughter liked watching them work. Where they cut out drywall, they left the pieces so the dry waller could come in and repair it, which we also had done by another Angie's List great find. The lights and dimmer look great and give the room the feel I wanted. We will definitely call Mike again for more electrical house projects we have on our list.

Everything went fine. Work was completed in the estimated time frame, old materials were taken away, price was right on the estimate, both Mike and his helper were very polite. There was a problem with the timer for the hot water tank in that it was not connected correctly. The next morning when we realized we had no hot water I called Mike. They should up around 4:30 as he said he would and switched two wires. All went well and we had hot water again. I would call Mike again should I need ny additional electrical work done.

Initial contact time was acceptable. Appointment was scheduled for Monday, August 19, 2013. Mike called mid- to late-afternoon Monday to say he would need to reschedule our appointment as the appointment prior to mine was running later. We re-scheduled for the following day, Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at 7:00pm. Mike had not arrived by 7:30pm on the appointed date/time, so I called him at 7:30pm to inquire if he was still coming that evening. He didn't answer the call, nor did he return my call that evening or any time since then. I am in the process of selling my home and had wanted an electrician to come in to provide me with an estimate on some electrical issues in the house that I thought might be problematic during an inspection. If I had known that Powers Electric was going to waste two evenings of my very valuable time, I would never have contacted them in the first place. Although disappointed that Mike didn't keep the initial appointment, I understand that things happen and that re-scheduling is sometimes necessary. However, I feel it was very unprofessional that Mike did not contact me with any explanation as to why the appointment was not kept, and there was no apology for wasting my time.

We were very pleased with the service and would call them again in the future. The workers were very neat, clean and efficient. Owner was prompt in returning calls and always a very pleasant to deal with.

Third time I have called Mike. Very prompt, responsive and fair. Will use again and will refer to him.

Powers Electric is FANTASTIC. I cannot recommend them enough. They are responsive, punctual, professional, and they do quality work. They completed the work within the estimated time given, and again, it was quality work. While the projects we had might sound simple, we have a very strange and bizarrely wired home. They took the time to meet with our blinds installer on the front end which was fantastic. Update: my husband has been struggling with an issue related to a switch which he thought had something to do with their work on our home (it didn't). Regardless, they came out twice to help with this issue. We had Dan and Matt come and work with us, I'm not sure how big the company is or how many individuals are associated with it. Again--if you are looking for a fair, ethical electrician who does great work--this is your company!

Mike and Jake arrived as scheduled. Work was performed in a timely and professional manner. When asked, Mike provided helpful information regarding the function and operation of the kitchen GFLIs.

His name is Michael Powers. He is a really good guy. He seems to always be efficient and very professional. I have recommended him to some of my friends. He is good. He is very charming; he is a nice, young man. He is in his thirties. He is not just a very nice guy; he seems to know what he is doing. I would use him again.

We contacted Powers Electric to discuss two home projects. Mike came out to provide me with an estimate for grounding of a gas line and the replacement of an exhaust fan in the owners suite. The existing fan was not pulling out enough moisture from the air as it was too small for the dimensions of the room, which caused the bathroom to fog. The new fan had a motion sensor and humidity sensor which caused it to run longer than we anticipated. I contacted Mike and he came out after the initial installation and spent time trouble shooting, he also called the product manufacturer to resolve the issue. Mike and his associates provided excellent service, and we are happy with the work they performed.

Mike was very helpful on the initial phone call and set up a convenient time for me. I was glad that he had evening and Sat hours available. He was punctual, pleasant and very professional. He even went to a local hardware store to obtain some supplies for the repairs and did not charge me for the extra time that he spent running to the store. I will definetely use Powers Electric again.

Very professional from start to finish. I was able to schedule the service for the day after I called. They showed up on time and were able to install the light fixture with no problem. They also did some troubleshooting for me, with the fixture itself. I would highly recommend them!

The owner actually answered his phone when I called him and we set an appointment for 2 days later. They were on time and not only gave me an estimate, but completed the work on the first visit. I will definitely use them again the next time I need electrical work done.

It was really fine. I'd call these guys again. It did take them a day to return my call for an appointment but they are close to my house and I wanted someone local. I was able to get an appointment within a week.

They arrived on time, did the work in a timely manner and cleaned-up after themselves. They walked me through everything they did and answered all my questions. The workman were extremely polite.
