We are very happy with our finished basement. Todd and his crew did a great job. The living area looks great, the bathroom is wonderful - nice and big, and we are very much looking forward to using the new space. The job took a little longer than initially estimated, but we were OK with that. We would have it take longer and done right. My only criticism is that we didn't always know what was scheduled for a particular week. It would have been nice to know ahead of time, but I consider that a minor issue. Todd was always responsive when I contacted him with questions and concerns, either via text or phone call. The quality of the work is very good, and it was great having all the inspections and permits handled by Todd. When we were getting estimates, other contractors told us permits were optional and we had to pay extra if we wanted them. I think having them is very important, and we will be happy to have had them. I would definitely hire him again.

Todd was great to work with. We were managing this project across country as we live in VA and our new house is in OH. Todd called and kept us aware of work being done every step of the way and he made sure we were happy with each phase. My husband and I were so impressed with the quality of materials used and workmanship. We have all the permits and inspection sheets. My husband's "history room" is the envy of all his friends.

I had a vision of what I wanted in the basement and Todd and his crew made my dream a reality. Brian truly listened to me and made some very good design suggestions to make it even better. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional and true craftsmen in their trade. I liked that when their was a style choice in the framing phase Gary would ask my preference. Mark and Tim are amazing carpenters and turned two poles into functional bookcases that are just wow! I would recommend Finished Basements Plus Inc. to anyone for any job, large or small. The finished product exceeded my expectations.

Finished Basements Plus recently finished our basement. This was a big job that included finishing a1000 square foot space, moving a water heater and furnace, installing a full bathroom, and building a bar. Their price was very fair in comparison to other companies. Finished Basement Plus was eager to please and able to deliver what they promised. Like most construction projects, problems arose and Finished Basement Plus found a way to work through them to give us what we desired. We are ecstatic with the results of the basement and quality of work. The craftmanship of the bar is gorgeous and above and beyond what we expected! Not only does the basement look amazing but it has all of the required permits! I love showing off our basement and am thankful to have a beautiful and functional gathering space for our family and friends that will last for years to come!

It was an excellent work. It was done on the schedule. Todd am his team were very responsive to our ideas/suggestions. Even after they finished and had full payment they kept coming back for minor adjustments needed for the appliances. We gave them full access for the house and no problems at all.

This is the third full basement remodel performed for me by this company. Todd and his team did an excellent job in design and finishing. All work was permitted and was performed on time at the quoted price. We are thrilled with the results!! I would highly recommend this company for basement finishing and renovation.

Beautiful end result! Todd and his team were very easy to work with. They expertly adapted my design to the space, overcame challenges as they arose and overall made it an enjoyable experience. We spend so much time in our basement, now. We love having our friends and family over, they rave about how it looks! Todd, Brian and their team did an excellent job. They were happy to work with our special requests and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The quality was excellent and they even came back after the project was agreed upon as complete to do some touch ups. Their team were hard workers and paid close attention to detail. Other than one disgruntled painter everyone was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend them!

Todd and his crew did a great job. I let him know what I wanted and they helped bring it to life. My basement went from an open room used only for storage to like having a second house. We added a bathroom, bedroom, gym, entry, storage room, large playroom for the kids, and a theater room for family movie nights. The insulation they installed helps maintain the heat/cold and makes a huge difference in sound isolation. No one wanted to use the basement before the remodeling. Now it's the more popular than the upstairs.

Great value-Quality vs. cost. 1000 SF finished; Trim matched upstairs to include jam & case two egress windows: 8 foot dry bar with cabinets, granite, and accent wall; 3/4 bathroom; two built-ins; barn door; LVT flooring. A 10 to 12 week estimate completed in 11 weeks, 4 days. Brian lead the way explaining the process and was very accommodating. Todd’s only concern was to do everything he could to keep the customer happy (be wary though, he is long winded). The crew was all friendly and gave good recommendations during the process. Todd had several jobs going on at same time, so expect very busy days and slow days. Completely satisfied.

Todd and his guys did a wonderful job Transforming our unfinished basement to a beautiful living space with a tan and full bath. Everybody coming in and out were kind and respectful to our kids, dog and home!

We we could not be happier with the completed project. Once the project began, Todd and his team ended up putting in a larger bathroom than originally bid. Even with a slightly larger bathroom and few other minor changes (e.g., adding a tile bathroom floor), they completed the project at the bid price; no overages. Everyone was friendly and professional. It took a little longer than anticipated to complete, but that seems to be the nature of a big remodeling project. In the end we are were happy. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

Overall we were incredibly happy with the work that was done and at a great price. We did have a few hiccups with the contractor they used for the egress window, but it was handled promptly and to our satisfaction.

The owner, Todd Seeds, was great to work with. They had the best price- it was around $3,000 - $5,000 less than the other bids we received. Everything was done correctly and flawlessly. We will be recommending them to our friends and family.

We are very happy with the work this company performed on our basement. It no longer feels like a basement but, rather, an extension of the rest of the house. The workers were all friendly and professional, and if we ever had an issue, Todd always responded and made it right. Would definitely recommend!

Our initial estimate with Brian was wonderful, he was professional, personable, kind, and very informative. He brought a portfolio of completed basements and that was great to see. The estimate that was given to us was not changed from the initial estimate to the finished product. We personally wanted a few additions which cost a little extra but that is to be expected. I also was grateful that all inspections were completed and passed, as there were multiple throughout the process. Todd was wonderful to work with and was really on top of his team. Each team he brought in to work was professional and efficient. Todd stays on top of his teams and also kept us informed. He was willing to discuss the project with me continually and never got frustrated at my continual questions. I felt like we developed a professional relationship with Todd and his team and we will miss seeing them work on our basement. The final product is beautiful and more than I could have imaged it to look like. Overall I would say Todd has a solid business that I would recommend. He clearly takes pride in his work and clients and it is important to him that his clients are happy and the job is done properly. Excellent job, beautifully done with minimal issues. Issues that arose were resolved in a timely manner and we are so happy with our new living space that includes a lovely half bath. We are overjoyed with the result and extremely pleased with this company.
