CASE HANDYMAN & REMODELING OF COLUMBUS

It went very well from the initial call, which was actually answered by a person, not a machine, to the finished project. I have no complaints and nothing to add that would improve on their performance.

Overal went fine following some scheduling mishaps. After thejob they were going to quote an upstairs bathroom remodel but I never heard back so will go with another contractor.

Emailed them a week ago. No response. Just a hint for businessmen: If you aren't going to monitor your email, don't have an email address. If you don't want the job for whatever reason, just say that.

I contacted him by phone. I selected him because he was on Angie's list and was the contractor located closest to the site. We agreed that he would call me to meet at the site on Monday. When I hadn't heard from him by 5pm on Monday, I called him and asked about it. He asked to meet me there right then. I did. He looked at the job and said he would give me an estimate in 2-3 days. After 10 days, I called him and left a message asking for the estimate. He never returned my call. So, I found someone else from Angie's list and got the work done in less than 10 days total.

On the countertops, they did an excellent job. They were here when they were supposed to be. I would not give a good rating for the doors. We bought the doors and the parts for the doors. When they got here, they said that there were parts or pieces missing. Another thing is the guy that originally came out to go over everything with us was laid off and from there on there was some miscommunication. The job with the door did not get completed and they just sort of left.

He was wonderful. He fixed a top drawer in a chest of drawers, I think he is the 3rd or 4th person that has looked at it to repair. It was difficult to find a comparable part, we now have a drawer that we haven't been able to use for years. He thought outside the box in terms of fixing the dresser. He was terrific and was willing to get parts and come back out right away.

The Wyscarvers are an excellent organization with good carpentry & construction skills. Much other work such as plumbing, electricity, & roofing, etc., are done by subcontractors. All of the subcontractors did a good job, except for the electrician who was only average. Overall, they are a well organized company who good work.

VERY EFFICIENT ESTIMATING SYSTEM. GREAT COMMUNICATION FROM BEGINNING TO END. ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUALIFIED STAFF ON ALL PROJECTS.

They came when they said they were going to come. We had to change part of the project, but it still cost us what they had quoted us. They were great at working around my scedule.

I had Case come out to my house to give me an estimate to do 3 things - Replace 3 boards on my deck, replace some rotting wood around 1 window, and paint the trim on my house. The verbal estimate was $4000 (with a discount!!!) That seems VERY high to me. They said they would give me a written estimate to separate out the work in case I didn't want all 3 services done at once to save some money. It's been weeks and I never received the written, detailed estimate. I also find it odd that they couldn't give me the estimate right then and there. Just a verbal "$4000" estimate. Seems fishy to me, but as you can tell, we didn't go with them.

They were very responsive and very customer oriented in the sense of what I needed and wanted. The person they sent over was very good and helped me with anything I needed.

Overall I was not impressed with the quality of the work. I wish I had just made the nail pop repairs myself. The gentleman was friendly, professional, and easy to be around. He did leave 20 minutes early without asking if I was satisfied or needing anything else. This I only mention because the company charges 185.00 for a 2 hour block (166 was the Angie's list discount).

They're always very cooperative, communicate well, call you if they're going to be late, and they do a good job. They do great work! We've used them numerous times. We'd highly recommend them!

It was a very nice experience and I will use them again in the near future.

The price includes: install steel beams, remove dry wall, install drywall and add new drywall. ($5,150.00)

They are fine. They came out when they were supposed to be here. Both times they were early. He gave me a lot of advice which I like. I would recommend them and use them again.

The owner came out to look over the job (other companies would only give me a quote over phone). Their handyman arrived on time, and was very efficient with his time. Very pleasant. Am planning on having them back to give me an estimate on new counter tops. Great experience.

It went very well. Everything worked out well. They gave me an estimate and came in under the estimate. They were very professional and go the job done when they were supposed.

Very well, they came out at the last minute and did a good job. After a contractor had a death in his family I was in a bind to get the work done so that the schedule for other work was not interrupted. I was pleased with everything but the cost. Was about $100.00 over what my contractor was going to do it for. I was in a bind and went with them. Perhaps if you had them come out and bid it would not be so bad.

This was not a typical repair, so I appreciated the willingness of the guys from Case to think outside the box to come up with a solution. Sam, the estimator, was great to work with, as was the guy who did the repair. They were prompt and pleasant, and explained the whole process to me. It was a good repair.

I don't even know where to start, as I am so impressed with this company. They did an excellent job for me. I spoke to Matt personally and I explained the job that needed done. He was very nice and patient with me as I did my best to explain what I needed. He came out to my house 2 days later and after his regular hours, just to get a good look at the project and see if it was something they could do, all at no extra charge to me. They came out for the job, only a few days later. They were very prompt, friendly, respectful and professional. The job was so neatly done and with great precision. They cleaned up everything and left my kitchen looking great and the cost was quite affordable for the amazing job that they did. My husband and I have used different handymen in the past but I think we can comfortably say we've finally found the one for all our needs from here on. Matt and his team are wonderful people who are dedicated to their job and strive to meet their customers needs.

They did a great job but, they just weren't that good with following up with us and we didn't have a final walk through with them. They were very professional though and I have never met a more professional group.

EXCELLENT! There was a two-hour minimum and he finished in one hour. He wanted to know what else he could do for us to utilize the two hours. I thought that was AWESOME.
