Brian Severs was prompt in providing an estimate on the job. He did the work according to our agreed upon schedule and charged what he had put on the estimate. After he finished the job and left for home, a squirrel ran across the wet concrete and left tracks. I called Brian, and he came back right away to smooth over the tracks. He was polite and professional. The work seems of good quality.

Brian provided a consultation and estimate for the work and other project ideas. He was accessible and easy-going but hard-working and professional. He and Rob (I think) arrived in the morning on day 1 and worked tirelessly until night. They returned on day 2 to finish the job. Their work involved replacing our sidewalk for the entire width of the property, a front walk, and back walk. They removed all debris and did very clean work. Their cement looks great, they were prompt and friendly, and definitely did everything we expected in a shorter time than we thought possible. I can't emphasize how great our experience with this company was. We will definitely hire them to replace our driveway next year. Brian and Rob were completely friendly and their work is solid with close attention to detail.

I called this company and they answered the phone. After telling him what I was looking for he asked me to call back and leave all of the information again on his voice mail... which I did. About a week later I called again and left a message. He called me back and said that he didn't get my first message but that he would definitely get out to our house for an estimate within the next couple of days (especially if it rained him out of his other jobs). It has been several more weeks and he has never come out for the estimate or called me back. While he did seem nice on the phone the lack of response is unacceptable.

He was very professional and the job was done in a timely manner.

They were here when they said they would be, cleaned up their mess, and were professional. He explained the whole process and why he was doing it. I will definitely hire them again in the future and can't speak highly enough of them.

Brian did an excellent job. He provided an estimate in a very timely manner and followed up quickly once selected to perform the work. The work was completed ahead of our expected project start date! Brian appears to be in demand as a prime and as a subcontractor. Our project was very small. Yet all work was completed within one week including a number of weather-related delays. Actual work started one week after authorization. One very important attribute - Brian communicated often and always let us know what was going on, why, and what the next steps would be. I found this to be quite impressive. He has set the bar for any subsequent contractor.

Big B did a fabulous job and was very flexible. The job took one day to tear everything out and due to weather the new concrete was poured the next day. We are thrilled with the treatment we were given and the quality was great. The estimate we got was $500 cheaper than the closest estimate but quality was not sacrificed. The workers were very professional and were even kind enough to set the mailbox post for our new mailbox at no extra charge.

It went very well. He was accurate on his estimate of when the work would be done, and then when he did it, it took about as long as he expected. He was very courteous to both of us, and answered all our questions. The driveway looks good.

We already had forms laid and gravel brought in. So this helped with cost. Brian responded with a quote right away and had sidewalk done within a week as promised. Very nice job. Would definitely recommend him for future jobs.

From start to finish Big B Concrete did a fantastic job. Did exactly what they said they would do. Even several months later, remembered agreements made and honored them. Fantastic, honest business.

I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job, more conscientiously, or with a better attitude. Big B took care of the whole job with great professionalism, and the approach looks great. So great, in fact, that three neighbors on our cul-de-sac asked about Big B Concrete after the job was complete. I was delighted to recommend them highly. In addition to all of this, Big B came out on fairly short notice because Brian knew that I had a deadline to meet for the job. I don't know if he will always be able to do short-notice stuff, because if he keeps doing jobs this well, his company is going to get a *lot* of work. :-) One more note - to any amateurs who are considering doing this driveway/sidewalk stuff yourself -- think again! My husband had thought about doing it himself before they came, but when we saw what kind of expertise and equipment it took, we were very, very glad we had brought in professionals.

Brian Severs was great to work with and easy to talk to. The work was scheduled quickly and the 2 man crew completed in just over a day. It looks beautiful. His estimate was considerably lower than the 2 other co's we contacted.

Responsive - always called back quickly and visited the site twice before the work started. Started the day he promised, was a little delayed but work was performed steadily and he communicated the status at all times. Site cleanup was OK, some concrete left in the yard and a few spots on the house, mostly from the cutting operation after the concrete was poured. Yard was damaged due to the bobcat travel (not sure how this could have been avoided - Brian's crew worked to keep the damaged spot small).

Brian was prompt and courteous throughout the project. Initial quote was $3400. Due to a miscalculation requiring more concrete, the price paid was $3,525. We discussed the overage and Brian was fair and reasonable. Coupled with the excellent job that they did, I was not at all upset about the extra money. Being a civil engineer dealing with concrete contractors on a daily basis, I can attest that Brian does excellent work at a fair price. I highly recommend him for concrete work and would hire him again. Thanks for the nice driveway Brian!

Brian and Big B concrete was outstanding. They completed work in two days by just two workers to a very high quality of work. Brian's attention to detail and willingness to discuss the issues what amazing. He also has many years as a high volume commercial contractor but is always attentive to the residential client. I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR BRIAN FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR A CONCRETE DRIVEWAY. HE CALLED BACK A DAY LATER AND APOLOGIZED THAT HE HADN'T GOTTEN MY MESSAGE THE DAY BEFORE! I TOLD HIM I WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE DRIVEWAY SEALED AND THAT I DIDN'T NEED AN ESTIMATE NOW. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS NICE THAT HE APOLOGIZED FOR CALLING BACK JUST ONE DAY LATER!

THEY DID A MORE THOROUGH JOB THAN ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WE GOT AN ESTIMATE FROM WAS GOING TO DO. BOTH MEN WERE PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL, AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE SEEKING TO HAVE CONCRETE WORK DONE. THE DAY AFTER IT WAS DONE, A MAN FROM AN OUTDOOR DRAINAGE COMPANY THAT WAS DOING SOME WORK FOR US, COMMENTED ON WHAT A NICE JOB THEY DID WITH THE PORCH.

THIS COMPANY REMOVED MY ASPHALT DRIVEWAY AND REPLACED IT WITH A NEW CONCRETE DRIVE. THEY WERE SUBCONTRACTED BY A GENERAL CONTRACTOR. THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB ON THE DRIVEWAY, SO I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD REPLACE THE FRONT STEPS AND PARTIAL SIDEWALK ($1,200) WHILE ON SITE. BRIAN AND HIS MEN TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND SUGGESTED A COUPLE OF CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL DRIVEWAY PLAN THAT MADE FOR A WONDERFUL FINAL PRODUCT. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, CONSCIENTIOUS AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN A MINUTE AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO SEVERAL FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.

BRIAN & CREW TRANSFORMED THE ENTRY TO THE HOUSE. THEY TOOK CARE TO BE AS NON-INTRUSIVE AS POSSIBLE AND ON-SITE SOLVED PERFECTLY AN AGGRAVATING PROBLEM WITH WATER ACCUMULATING INSIDE THE GARAGE. CARE WAS ALSO TAKEN TO DO AS LITTLE DAMAGE TO THE LAWN AS POSSIBLE. HE CARES ABOUT THE PRODUCT HE PROVIDES.
