The PC person I had used for over 5 years passed away in January, 2014. This was shortly after we converted from XP to 7. I needed another PC person quickly as we were in the middle of our very busy Tax Season. I talked to a few people/companies but the majority of people doing PC Support do it part-time (evenings and weekends). Having a Tax and Financial Business I need someone available for "Emergencies" regardless of the day or time. I spoke with Rob in January, was impressed, and decided I would 'give him a try' when we had a need. That need came March 5 when we had Major problems with DSL. For years when we had problems with DSL you wait forever to get someone on the phone (and you hope they speak English), and then you have to go through all kinds of 'gyrations' to prove to them that the problem is THEIRS. March 5 DSL led us to believe the problems were OURS. Rob spent hours with us, installed a new router, etc. That did not fix the problem and DSL continued to be up and down Every Single Day. It quickly became obvious that we had to get OFF DSL if we were going to be able to run a Tax Business. Rob was very instrumental in our conversion to Time Warner. While we Finally have Consistent Internet service, the installation of Time Warner was not without major issues. Rob was here when I needed him, even waiting 2 hours for Installation that did not happen on-time, and then 2 hours on the phone to address changes needed for our IP addresses, and more. Rob owns his own business and I appreciate dealing directly with the Owner. He is very knowledgeable, on-time, personable, reasonably-priced, and most importantly to my business, available when I need him. I am considering becoming a Monthly Maintenance client as well.
