Description of Work: I purchased the big deal for $149 for Spring Roof Maintenance Package. They did a great job.

Description of Work: The $199 was supposed to include an inspection and gutter clean out. The man showed up, viewed the roof from the ground, told me the roof had been put on incorrectly and should be completely replaced. (The roof was less then four years old). I said that was NOt going to happen, I just wanted him to check for loose shingles due to a recent windstorm, and clean the gutters. He said he couldn't get up on the roof because he hadn't brought a ladder (???) He said he would come back the next day. He never showed up, so I called the company and learned he had been fired. They sent someone else out who said my gutters were clean and left. I probably should have tried to get my money back but I was so fed up with them, and Angie's list (this was the second "special" I had wasted money on where they didn't do the job) I decided to not renew Angie's list.

Description of Work: Rebuilt my barn roof that collapsed. removed old shingles removed and replaced all affected sheathing and structural. I was informed when ever there was an issue. Quality of the work was well done.

Description of Work: I contacted them and had an honest and professional discussion. We agreed that they were more suited to working on the shingles/flashing and were unable to replace the missing fascia pieces. They therefore declined the work and agreed to refund me the money.

Description of Work: Bill was extremely knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions.... Even the ones unrelated to roofing! They took care of a leak in our roof, and we signed up for their maintenance program. I feel good having our roof in their hands, and we will definitely be using them in the future!

Description of Work: Provided information on needed service to the Company. Was informed that services were not covered by Big Deal. Did get an estimate to complete, however was told to request a refund for Big Deal.

Description of Work: The house was built in 1959 and had little insulation in the walk-in attic. They blew insulation in and also replaced the wall insulation on e interior walls.

Description of Work: I responded to a $99 "Big Deal" for $500 worth of attic insulation from Ohio Exteriors. The company was responsive and professional, but I came to learn through this estimate process that the entire project would cost over $2500, more than I can afford to invest at this time. I therefore requested a refund of the $99 coupon.

Description of Work: The angent came from Ohio Exteriors and i told him what I wanted and he stated 2 other folks interpreted the deal the way I did and that he was happy to give me a refund.

Description of Work: This was the best company I have ever worked with. They did what they said and they finished a day earlier that they said. The comunication was alsome.

Description of Work: Jim, the Sales Rep from Ohio Exteriors came to my home on the time we agreed upon. Jim was polite and informative in looking at my attic. When finished looking at the attic area to be insulated, he provided me an estimate for over $1200.00. I was quite surprised at this. My assumption was that the $99 A.L. Deal that I purchased would cover the entire amount of extra insulation that he would add to my attic. I have bought several A.L. Deals with no problems or "hidden" costs. I felt like he was up selling me but he explained that there was "fine print" that I must have missed that states that the deal I bought for $99 was only towards the TOTAL job price that is different for each customer. I guess I understand that but thought it needed to be explained more clearly in the A.L. Deal and not at the bottom of the page in FINE PRINT. Please refund my $99 asap.

Description of Work: I responded to the 99.00 for up to 500.00 of insulation. They responded promptly on Monday which I made an appointment for the up coming Friday which Bill was on time. He inspected the work and ventilation. He said ventilation was good, I picked the R49 . Workers were on time and work was done in less than 3 hours. Insulation was put on the attic for the entire house. Workers cleaned up well. They also sealed up the 3 gable vents which were not done when I had my roof done.
