Description of Work: When I scheduled an installation of new insulation on my home, I stressed that I wanted the job finished in one day. At 5000 sq ft, increasing R21 to R60, this was a good sized job. Ohio exteriors sent extra people to get the job done on time and I have been pleased ever since. They were quick, clean, and my home and family has benefited from their work.

Description of Work: Pre-Winter roof inspection and up to 2 hours of roof maintenance. I believe this went pretty well. James stopped a small problem we had as we had a slight leak.

Description of Work: Ohio Exteriors did tear-off of old roof and installed new roof on our home. The job took two days. Workers did a great job and clean-up was quite thorough. James Green, owner of the business, inspected the work on completion. We were quite satisfied with every aspect of their work.

Description of Work: After 7 months of discussions back and forth (admittedly some was arguing with our insurance company)we finally got a contract that we signed so we could just get the work done (we were getting frustrated with how slow this was going). We did not read it well enough as it did not include all of the work that we had discussed (many, many times). They did the work on the contract. Our fault was not reading it well enough, but the work that needed to be done is clear. We will be getting the rest of the work done, but not with Ohio Exteriors. We have learned a lesson, read the contracts carefully, even though you have been discussing for months what needs to be done.

Description of Work: I purchased a $199 Big Deal for a Pre-Winter Roof Inspection and up to 2 Hours of Roof Maintenance! They patched up things, re-caulked around the chimney and pipes, and everything else we requested.

Description of Work: Repaired wood siding on second floor exterior of house where woodpeckers had damaged the wood in several places. Several boards were replaced and painted to match the same paint color. When the job was finished, it was impossible to tell where the repair had been done. It was a top-notch job!

Description of Work: Tore off old cedar shingles and replaced with insulated siding. Also had new gutters installed. |Overall, went very well. When the siding was delivered I discovered it was the wrong siding as the man was delivering it. The correct siding was delivered within a couple days. |All of the personnel I dealt with were very professional and courteous. The crew chief was wonderful and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. Any issues were taken care of in a very timely manner.

Description of Work: Was able to get an estimate appt within a week. When company did not show at 9 Am on the specified day, I called to ask where they were. The secretary did not know why they had not come. Eventually they called back and the workers understood it to be whenever they could get there that day.Later that afternoon the estimate was in my door. I had a second estimate from another gentleman, who called to tell me he might be 15 minutes late, arrived exactly at the time he estimated. His charge was less than half of the charge of Ohio Exteriors. Will be returning this weekend to do the work, and I will see if the quality of the work is adequate.

Description of Work: I had wind wind damage from a storm to siding and windows. Ohio Exteriors worked well with my insurance company to get all of the work done that I needed. All work was performed in a reasonable amount of time, and all work was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend use of Ohio Exteriors.
