We own a mid-1990s Hilliard area house and wanted to replace our wood trim and fascia with durable materials, while also replacing the gutters. James Green from Ohio Exteriors came over to develop an estimate and was easy to work with. The estimate from Ohio Exteriors was very reasonable and given their track record of satisfied customers we decided that they were the best choice. Ohio Exteriors stayed in touch with us while we waited for the materials and for an opening in their schedule. When the work started, the crew were professional and courteous, answering any questions we had. Some additional necessary work was discovered, and the process of adding that to the contract was smooth and reasonable. There was also a minor misunderstanding about the scope of the work, and this was resolved to our complete satisfaction. The finished work looks great, and we are so glad we went with Ohio Exteriors. They are determined to make sure you are a satisfied customer. We will hire them again for any future work our house needs.

Ohio Exteriors was great from start to finish. They were easy to contact and their communication was spot on. Janice was the first person I talked to when calling and asking for an estimate. She was personable and professional. She told me the time span to expect. She kept to her word and front office communication was great. James came out to give an estimate. He was up front and honest. He knew what he was talking about and told me what to expect. James emailed me an estimate explaining what work was to be done and cost. When we decided to go with Ohio Exteriors, James came back out to make sure everyone was on the same page regarding the work to be done and the papers were signed for work. After I was put on the schedule, the communication was great. The lead worker, Derek was nice and communicated well. The entire crew was awesome and respectful of my property and did excellent work. When they took off the siding they discovered some additional wood rot and repair that was needed. They, again, had excellent communication and they were quick to fix the unexpected repairs that were needed. Ohio Exteriors did a wonderful job. The final product and repairs were all well done. I feel that they do work like they are working on their own property. All repairs were done and done right. The exterior of my sunporch looks great and has withstood some hard rains and weather since Ohio Exteriors completed the job. I would definitely recommend them. Ohio Exteriors replaced the siding and gutters on my house. They did a great job! I would definitely hire them again.

The work took 4 weeks which was the expected time frame. I was surprised and happy that the owner of the company visited at least once a week to review the work and spent at least an hour during each visit. I wish the workers were more fluent in English because it felt like I could only effectively communicate with the owner and the QC/QA guy who visited every day.

Ohio Exteriors did an excellent job rebuilding an old screened-in porch on our 100-year old home. They were punctual and professional, and the quality of their work was excellent! They completely rebuilt the porch, put in new structural support cedar beams, installed new flat rubber roof, installed new stained-wood ceiling, hung two chandeliers, hung four ceiling fans, installed new screen door and all new screens, and painted the entire porch. I highly recommend Ohio Exteriors!

sunroom/addition and kitchen remodel

Ohio Exteriors was a great company to work with. We have a complicated mansard roof with some unusual window boxes. They were able to add gabled roofs to our window boxes, relevel our gutters, add gutter guards, and reshingle our home, which included repairing damaged areas. We went with Ohio Exteriors because they were knowledgeable about what needed to be done on our roof, including fixing vents and checking on leak prone areas. They worked quickly and still did a great job. Their team is also incredibly friendly and responsive. I felt that they truly wanted to help me with my home as opposed to just making a sale.

Our roof was damaged in a December storm, and had to be replaced. Amado and his team completed the job in one (very cold) day. I the spring, we noticed that some of the shingles were not settled, because they were installed in a cold weather. Amado was very responsive. He came three times, fixed what needed to be fixed, and made sure that we were completely happy with the results.

Ohio Exteriors was very professional and courteous. The office staff was nice and friendly. I was communicated with every step of the way, and through the process. Anytime I had questions, the owner didn't hesitate to respond. The on-site manager always let me know when they would be on-site working. I am very satisfied with their work, and I even received warranties for the work they completed. I would definitely recommend Ohio Exteriors for anyone looking for their line of work. I was pleased.

Took 10 days from start to finish clean up. About ten hours per day two people per day. Workmanship was excellent. Interface wit personnel was excellent. Products were exactly as advertised.

Ohio Exteriors did an excellent job on an eqntire exterior remodel. Our 1977 house looks like a new build and we get compliments from everyone! We had a great experience with Ohio Exteriors. From the start of discussing the options to the communication throughout both with the on-site team and office, everything went incredibly smoothly. Went well. Took a few months to get the work scheduled as they were very busy. Price was fair and staff was very nice. Only one minor hiccup in the process and they took care of the matter very fairly.

I highly recommend. We had all of our stucco removed and replaced by Hardie. It is a large job, a job that size will have issues. There werent many, best thing is they personally handle each one timely and perfectly. They make sure to give you all the information you need to ensure they do it right. I wanted a worry free installation, and after a couple of days watching i felt comfortable going in to work and trusting they are doing it the way I would do it. That is rare today. Trust me, so rare. I give Ohio Exteriors A+, search them, you cant find a negative rating. This pic is of the siding, soffit, facia painting not yet completed in the pic.

Bill Thompson was very responsive, quick with a quote and they began work about 2 weeks prior to their initial start date. The installer, Chris was very meticulous and careful in his installation. He answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond in his installation even when the supplier sent the wrong color for the deck rails, which he then had to reinstall. Ohio Exteriors was very competitive in their pricing. We referred our neighbor to Ohio Exteriors and they used them to install their new siding.

We like the new look of our home and we’re happy with the work. They were quick to respond with a quote, it did take a little longer to get scheduled then I would have liked. However, once we were scheduled, they were very efficient.

I contracted Ohio Exteriors to replace vinyl siding with Hardie, install a new roof, and install a sun tunnel. The bid was comparable to other bids I received, the work started on time, and was finished on schedule. The crew was great and the office followed up several times to ensure it was to my satisfaction. I'd hire them again!
