There were some setbacks due to delay in shipping but Janice kept me posted bi-weekly on the status. Upon the materials being delivered the install was scheduled and completed very quickly! The crew at the house was professional and courteous. I will recommend Ohio Exterior to all of my friends and family. Thank you!

Ohio Exterior was an excellent company to work with. They did a professional job and the team was cohesive with their efforts. Bruce was an exceptional leader and he really cared about the project. They helped us place all new lights on the exterior of the house and the electrician was highly reliable.

My experience with Ohio Exteriors was excellent. They are very professional and focused on the job. Scheduling was great! They show up on time. They kept the work area clear and clean. The communicated clearly if they had a concern. Everyone made sure I am in the loop on all aspects of the project. We had great planning talks and the process was clearly explained to me.

Overall the project went well. A lot of progress was made at the beginning, but things seemed to slow down toward the end. I'm not sure if that was a result of weather, staffing issues, inspections, or something else. We were generally pleased with the quality of workmanship. The field crew was punctual and friendly. We would have appreciated a little more communication during the construction about the work performed and timelines as well as regarding the various city inspections. Overall, I would recommend and would consider using this company again.

Fast! Siding was done in two days and new gutters were up a week later. Good cleanup after the job. Communication through the entire process was excellent. Appreciated their attention to detail and addressing all our concerns. Our house looks brand new!

I called Ohio Exteriors after getting the referral from Angi. Heather, the person who answers their phones and does their scheduling, was very responsive in calling to make the initial appointment. The estimator showed up on time for the appointment to discuss the project and look at the space where we wanted to add the sunporch (3 season vs. 4 season room). We discussed the project, the options, and he said he'd get the estimate to me right away. Three weeks later, I still hadn't seen anything nor heard from anyone. I called the office and left two messages on their voice mail but never got a response. We're now five weeks out and still nothing...no estimate, no phone call, no email...nothing. We understand the industry is booming right now and companies are very busy with long wait times for work to be completed for a variety of reasons. When the project consultant was here, he mentioned they do interior remodeling (even though their name is Ohio Exteriors), so I aksed if he was intersted in bidding to do all our baseboards, closet doors and interior doors in the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, hallway and hallway linen closet that make up our entire second floor and he said they were so busy that the interior job wasn't even big enough for them to quote. I understand companies are very busy, but to not communicate is less than professional. As professionals, I would hope and expect someone should at least have the courtesy to call and explain that an estimate will not be forthcoming and provide an explanation. Happily, we've found another company that was also an Angi referral that we are having do the project. Customer service is key!

A great experience all around from the office staff being friendly and responsive, to the sales rep with the estimate and identifying the problem, the project managers friendly and checking on progress of the work, to the field team completing the job in two days. I would definitely recommend Ohio Exteriors and hire them in the future for any other outside work on our house.

I must say I was a bit nervous at first. We had them come out for an appraisal and was given a quote pretty quickly. They require half of the payment before they start anything. I made the payment and then heard nothing for months. In the Covid times that isn't too unexpected, but after 3 months of hearing nothing I reached out to get an update. I took a few tries but I finally heard back saying they were working on it. More time passed and I got no updates. I reached out again a few times before they finally reached back out letting me know where we were in the process. After about 6 months construction finally started and the results are better then I had expected! The workers were professional and friendly and the final result is great! Very happy with how it turned out and will definitely reach out again for any future projects.

I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Ohio Exteriors. Everyone was extremely professional, the work was terrific and they went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. They came very close to hitting the quoted timeline, which with COVID was a testament to their ability to keep everyone on schedule and procure the needed supplies well in advance.

We spoke to three companies when deciding on who to hire. We felt confident hiring Ohio Exteriors after speaking to the sales rep, reading reviews and learning about the company. The crew that did the work was outstanding. They worked efficiently and addressed any issues that arose. They arrived ready to go in the morning and worked hard all day. They were courteous and mindful that it was a home they were working on. They cleaned up their mess every day before leaving. The owner of the company was out on day one of the project and made sure we had his contact information in case any problems came up. There were a few minor concerns we had and they were immediately taken care of. Customer service is everything!! Weather delayed some of the work but otherwise the project was completed in a timely manner. I would hire them again to work on my house.

This was our 3rd project with Ohio Exteriors. Though it didn’t go as smoothly as the first 2, they were responsive and happy to address any concerns we had. There were some problems with subcontractors work, but they were all fixed. Overall, we are very happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.

I didn’t know what to expect, since I’ve never had a project on my house anywhere close to this size. I’m used to piecemeal work with details I have to work out after the contractor leaves. Ohio Exteriors took care of everything from start to finish and the process was very smooth. The people are top notch, all questions answered and concerns addressed quickly and courteously. The sunroom itself is very high quality. There are so many prefabricated options but this one could change many opinions of what a sunroom looks and feels like. We had ours added on to the back of an existing dining room addition on a small cape cod. We already got good pass through light in our house because of the layout and now we have this very cool reveal as we had the previous window cut open into a doorway, so that the sunroom is just a natural part of the house. We can’t wait to put in the finishing touches (we opted to handle paint and flooring) and hang out in there all the time. We won’t be able to move for several years but desperately needed the extra space. We will definitely hire Ohio Exteriors again for additional exterior work we have planned.

The new siding looks great. From beginning to end, owner James and crew made sure we were satisfied. His crew was impressively diligent, amiable and took great care in the work. There were a few hurdles due to both the winter blast we received, as well as it being a pandemic, but Ohio Exteriors made sure to see things through. I highly recommend this company.

The Ohio Exteriors was very professional in our porch conversion project. We were well-informed with all the procedures. Although there was a long delay for the manufacturer to produce the materials during the pandemic, Ohio Exteriors workers were very efficient in installing them promptly once the materials were delivered.

They did an outstanding job. Our roofing job had many components including fixing some leaks, solar sky lights, fixing attic ventilations, and releveling roof insulation.

Roofs were replaced on our large two story Georgian house and detached garage. A flat section on the house (a connector) had been previously replaced by another firm and was not replaced by Ohio. That other firm was not selected to do the work because of Ohio’s great responsiveness and knowledge shown in the quoting process. Ohio was priced slightly lower than that firm, but not the lowest among the three bidders. It all came down to trust. Ohio even ran our shingle selection through the approval process with our architectural review committee and got them approved for us. The shingles were on par with the quality of those already approved, but we’re less expensive. On the actual roof replacement, there were minor challenges with the dormer trim from the replacement work, which Ohio came back out and fixed within a couple of days. About a year later, there were some major wind challenges that blew off a couple of shingles on the vents and an animal pulled back some flashing to try to get into the attic, neither of which I would blame Ohio for. Ohio made those two separate trips out to fix those problems the next business day, even when the problem was not a roof replacement problem. I was impressed! Overall, we have been very pleased with our selection of Ohio Exteriors to replace our roof. We would definitely use them again and refer them to others. Thanks, Ohio Exteriors for a job well done.

We own a mid-1990s Hilliard area house and wanted to replace our wood trim and fascia with durable materials, while also replacing the gutters. James Green from Ohio Exteriors came over to develop an estimate and was easy to work with. The estimate from Ohio Exteriors was very reasonable and given their track record of satisfied customers we decided that they were the best choice. Ohio Exteriors stayed in touch with us while we waited for the materials and for an opening in their schedule. When the work started, the crew were professional and courteous, answering any questions we had. Some additional necessary work was discovered, and the process of adding that to the contract was smooth and reasonable. There was also a minor misunderstanding about the scope of the work, and this was resolved to our complete satisfaction. The finished work looks great, and we are so glad we went with Ohio Exteriors. They are determined to make sure you are a satisfied customer. We will hire them again for any future work our house needs.

Ohio Exteriors was great from start to finish. They were easy to contact and their communication was spot on. Janice was the first person I talked to when calling and asking for an estimate. She was personable and professional. She told me the time span to expect. She kept to her word and front office communication was great. James came out to give an estimate. He was up front and honest. He knew what he was talking about and told me what to expect. James emailed me an estimate explaining what work was to be done and cost. When we decided to go with Ohio Exteriors, James came back out to make sure everyone was on the same page regarding the work to be done and the papers were signed for work. After I was put on the schedule, the communication was great. The lead worker, Derek was nice and communicated well. The entire crew was awesome and respectful of my property and did excellent work. When they took off the siding they discovered some additional wood rot and repair that was needed. They, again, had excellent communication and they were quick to fix the unexpected repairs that were needed. Ohio Exteriors did a wonderful job. The final product and repairs were all well done. I feel that they do work like they are working on their own property. All repairs were done and done right. The exterior of my sunporch looks great and has withstood some hard rains and weather since Ohio Exteriors completed the job. I would definitely recommend them. The work took 4 weeks which was the expected time frame. I was surprised and happy that the owner of the company visited at least once a week to review the work and spent at least an hour during each visit. I wish the workers were more fluent in English because it felt like I could only effectively communicate with the owner and the QC/QA guy who visited every day.
