Ohio Exteriors is a great partner. The staff are friendly and professional, and were really patient to answer our questions. They kept us updated with any unexpected changes and the construction team completed our sunroom in a timely fashion. We highly recommend this company.

The job was performed in a timely manner. To have the whole home (One story ranch) have it’s siding and gutters replaced took about three and a half days. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. The new siding looks amazing and is what was expected based off of the initial model rendering.

They were easy to work with, they were fantastic and solve problems you have, returned calls and follow up.

We had hired Ohio Exteriors years ago when we needed siding replaced, so we called them again when we decided to replace our patio with a 4-season room. They did a wonderful job and we really love how it turned out. It took a while to get started due to all the supply chain issues in the world, but once they broke ground it went quickly. Everyone we worked with was incredibly responsive and great at answering our questions and working through any issue that came up (which were incredibly minimal). Their supplier didn't have the LVT floor style we were looking for so we sourced that separately, but they were really flexible and easy to work with as we coordinated both projects. The mini-split keeps the room at a lovely temperature even when it was -25 wind chills. Overall we love the room!

They were friendly and explained the process thoroughly. The work was excellent! They replaced all of the shingles, installed new vents, and even repaired some structural damage. the work was completed and the site cleaned up in less than a day.

I simply cannot stress enough the excellence of this company at prompt, helpful, polite communication with customers. The work the team did on my home is beautiful. The team doing the work was punctual and completed the job on time. One of the unique things about this company among others who do residing of home exteriors is that they bring out an absolutely gigantic work crew, about forty people, which means even a job this large was completed in two days! I had gotten estimates from other companies for the same job, for whom completing the project was going to take weeks. After the work was done, James Green also came back out to my home to walk through the whole job with me and make sure everything was up to quality standards for Ohio Exteriors, which it was. I was so pleased with the excellence of the customer communication and the quality of work that I have already hired them for a different job, this time residing my garage, this time with vinyl siding. We are very pleased with the work that was done and love our new siding. Bruce was our salesman and was very attentive to what we wanted. He oversaw the whole project from start to finish and made sure that any issues were addressed and taken care of. He did a great job for us. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable about the product. When the project was done they left our property vey clean. I would definitely recommend Ohio Exteriors to anyone. Everything went well and done head of schedule. Everyone I was in contact with was very professional, knowledgeable and polite.

When I decided to make the leap to replace the siding, trim, and gutters on my 2-story house, I reached out to two companies for quotes. Though Ohio Exteriors' quote came in higher than the other company, I liked their design the best. Bruce did an excellent job of coming up with ideas for some more modern touches, which was important to me (I knew I wanted something different, but had no idea what). Once the siding came in from the manufacturer, the project started in a matter of days. It's not pleasant to have the disruption of a house project, but the siding crew worked long, hard days to get it done, and I love the final result! The gutters were a piece of cake after the multiple days of siding replacement. It's important to be realistic during the process & expect there will be things that do not go as planned (which is normal). The project manager at the Ohio Exterior's office, Janice, was awesome - kept me updated on the status of the siding order, and construction details. A wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable person. After the siding and gutter crews finished, I had a walk through with the owner, James, who was nice enough to spend time answering my questions and inspecting the work that was done. The siding crew came back out to do some final tweaks, and we're good to go! So far each of my neighbors (and the mail carrier!) has commented on how great the house looks. It's a good chunk of change, but I feel like I have a whole new house! I definitely would not hesitate to use Ohio Exteriors in the future.

Ohio Exteriors did a great job on our three season room and large deck. We're thrilled with the final product. We had to wait from April to Oct 2021 because services are in such high demand. We had originally contacted 5 companies to receive two quotes, and Ohio Exteriors had the better price for what we would get. (The other three companies were not even taking new jobs.) We experienced another delay because the manufacturer shipped windows that were the wrong size, but Ohio Exteriors handled it professionally and reinstalled the correct windows when they arrived about 6 weeks later. I appreciated their professional communication throughout the process. Overall, I would highly recommend and I would hire them again for a future outdoor project.

There were some setbacks due to delay in shipping but Janice kept me posted bi-weekly on the status. Upon the materials being delivered the install was scheduled and completed very quickly! The crew at the house was professional and courteous. I will recommend Ohio Exterior to all of my friends and family. Thank you!
