Over all great service,only problem was I had more crab grass this year than in previous years,could have been because of a wet spring,or not enough of the pre-emergence control. Talked to the tech and he will be going a little stronger on the pre-emergence this spring. Jim k

Hired to replace another company that I had used for the last 3years. Kept getting service report that they notice broadleaf weeds. Isnt that what I was paying you to get rid of? After just 2 treatments our yard looks better than at anytime in those 3 years. Glad we switched.

Rob left an invoice billing me for a service he did not provide. His activity was recorded on the ring showing him getting out of his truck, putting an invoice in my door, getting back in his truck, and leaving. I have used another company for years and thought I d take a chance in a new company. My mistake I have asked for a full refund is my pre-paid monies.

The first treatment, they over treated with herbicide and killed the grass where they used it. They came out and looked at it a said **sorry about that** and still charged us for their mistake. We do not live near enough to the Columbus area, so we are last on the list if they even make it out... when they do, it is right before or after it rains so it is a waste of money when they spray for weeds.
