Dry Cleaning Station

Overall the transaction went OK. I was not happy with the attempted bait and switch by the counter employee trying to tell me that I had to spend $10 additional before I could use my coupon. There was a brief discussion regarding lack of any printed rules regarding how the coupon can be used other than what was plainly written on the coupon. Spend this much, save this much... End of discussion. Problem resolved. Won't be coming back. But overall they are very nice people.

The Dry Cleaning Station is great. Good value, friendly staff, and reasonable lead time on dry cleaning. I've been using them for three months, and I'm yet to any issues whatsoever. Keep up the good work!

The drapes were cleaned but they shrunk so that the lining fell up to four inches below the drapery hems. When I called to advise him (Charles) of this, he asked if this was the first time the drapes were cleaned. The answer is yes. (He did not ask me this when I brought them in.) He then told me that this always happens with new drapes because the manufacturers stretch the drapery material so they use less of it. All I know is that I had them cleaned as recommended by the manufacturer. Charles said he would take care of it. I asked him if that meant at no charge to me; he said yes. They offer free pick-up and delivery so I asked him to pick them up on Monday (we had a party Sunday evening for which I disguised the bottom of the drapes - hid them behind flowers.) He said he would call me by noon for he couldn't get here before Monday afternoon. Monday at 4PM I called to ask what time he would be coming and he said he couldn't pick up the drapes before Thursday, that he could not leave since he was the only person at the store. I told him I needed them before Christmas. I dropped everything and drove them down to his store. Charles was not there but there were 3 people working there. I dropped off the drapes, explained that Charles had said they would be re-hemmed at no charge to me and asked for them to be ready by noon on Thursday the 22nd. I was given a receipt that said they would be ready by 3PM on Thursday (the best the man behind the counter could do.) When I went to pick them up on Thursday, Charles was there and stated they were not ready, but would be ready "first thing in the morning" - on Friday.He remembered that I wanted them for Christmas and Friday was still before Christmas... I picked them up on Friday, brought them home and hung them up. 4 of the 5 had been re-hemmed, one of them still shows white lining below the dark maroon drapery material. How difficult would it have been to hold them all up and check? There are no pleats - just simple flat, unadorned, unemplished material with a lining. I had selected the dry cleaning station to give my business to based on Angie's List recommendations and my phone discussions with Charles about the specific problems I had. The did a very nice job in getting the mildew out of the fabric. The featherbed could not be 'saved' and Charles was correct is his assessment of it. However, 5 drapes without pleats was the least problematic of the jobs given to the Dry Cleaning Station; and they boggled it terribly. I will not take the 5th drape back to the dry cleaning station because it is a waste of time and gas...they are not in my neighborhood. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Regardless of being the closest dry cleaning place to my home in Clintonville, I am always satisfied with the work this place does. They are a little expensive, but I don't mind paying a few dollars more to guarantee that they will do a consistently excellent job.

I had lost 30 lbs, and they were able to alter my suit to still fit nicely. The suit and dress were well cleaned and pressed. It only took one day to complete. Employees were all friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company. I drive 12 miles one way rather than one mile to the store in my neighborhood.

This was the first time I've used Dry Cleaning Station. They were one of the only companies that I found that cleaned comforters. I would recommend them in the future. I don't have any complaints about the service.

I called in advance because the Angie's List coupon said to make an appointment, but they asked why I was calling in advance. I brought all my stuff in there and spent about two to three times as much as I thought I was going to. I don't know what that was all about. However, my clothes are clean and I would use them again.

The dress was filthy. My daughter took wedding pictures in a warehouse and the dress looks brand new now.

clothing was cleaned and ready on time with exception of one pair of pants on which the tag was lost. Had to pick them up in a separate trip although I'm sure they would deliver them to my home if I had insisted

There is a man who works the counter there and he is great! The second time I went in, there were younger people working the counter and they weren't as pleasant to work with. I will continue to use them because they do such an acceptable job. I think their prices are reasonable and am always so pleased with the job they do.

They are prompt, and they are very good at what they do. They are nicely priced.

I go a couple times a month. Sophie does alterations and is really good. The thing I like the most is the alterations. They do all my dry cleaning as well. Everything is done on premises The price is really good.

They are very nice and do a great job. They have been able to get out set-in stains and the clothes always come back looking like new.

I've been using them for about 5 years and I've been very pleased with the results. They are good about getting my clothes to me on time. They do a great job of cleaning my clothes.

I have used the Dry Cleaning Station for about a year now and have had issues with the work being done in a timely manner. The pants to be cleaned/altered were promised for Thurs. I stopped in Fri (giving an extra day just in case) and they only had cleaned and altered the 3 pairs, forgetting the 4th. They promised them for the next day. I came back the next day it took them about 20 minutes to locate the pants. When I asked to speak to the manager, the girl working there just stared at me. I left a message with her (Courtney) and he never called back. Previously, I had dropped off a comforter to be cleaned and a week later when I went to pick it up they said that they couldn't clean it. They never called and the comforter was in a pile on the dirty floor. I also had them clean my wedding dress and they removed the bustle when I told them not to. Usually the manager isn't there and high school girls run it. They have good prices, but you will spend the difference in gas.

I'm actually planning on going in there today. When I have to take my pilot uniform in it usually runs about $11. They're great, prompt, and fast and they do good work.

I have been very happy with the quality of work from them. Everything has been ready on time and they are always very personable when I go in. One other thing I like is there seem to be many repeat customers when I am there.

The price was a little expensive for pressing only, but overall the did a good job.

What a fabulous company. I started going there when they were brand new but left a few years later because the drive was out of my way. I came back 2 years later because I found that their service, quality and pricing was the best around. Their location is still a bit out of my way but it's worth it. They've never lost anything like other dry cleaners have. Also, they actually get spots out. I've gone elsewhere and it looks like no attempt has been made to remove a spot. They are very quick and friendly at the counter.

They are better than any dry cleaners than I have ever gone to. They will let you know if they won't be able to get it done at a certain time. They really care and give outstanding service. They have always gotten all of the spots out.
