The dishwasher door would not stay closed unless it was locked. I called Mike and he came the next morning. Upon discovering that I needed a new motor/pump, door cables, and lower rack rollers, I had the option of fixing these or purchasing a new unit. Mike said to let him know my decision, and if he did return to fix it, he would not charge me another service call.

The serviceman called before he arrived and evaluated the current ice maker. He showed me what the problem was and why it needed replacing as opposed to fixing. The refrigerator is 16-years-old and that is the life expectancy of the ice maker. He turned off the ice maker and ordered the part. He came back within a week to replace the ice maker and also showed me how to clean the condensers.

I was very happy with his fast response and the fact that he was prompt. The only complaint I have is I thought the price of the repair was a little high. Just for him to make the house call, it cost $49.95 and the part was only about $29.95. The rest was labor. For the short time that he was here I feel the price was steep. The bright side is that the refrigerator seems to be work great now and it was cheaper than buying a new refrigerator.

I called in the morning and they were there that afternoon looking at my appliances. He had to come back to clean the vent but was able to return within just a couple of days. Quick and very reasonable.

This was the first time we used their services. He was on time, polite, and very clean. He came to see what was wrong. They he called with an estimate. When the part was in he installed it and now it works.

Cost a bit more than I thought it would, but turned out great. He had the part and it was fixed and still running great.

The man arrived and then called to tell us that he needed help and would like us to come out and help him. We were unavailable at the time. He failed to complete the job, and did not have anyone from his company come out to help. We actually pulled the stove ourselves and fixed the stove without their help. We called the company to tell them that we had fixed the problem by our self. They mailed a bill for work that was not completed, and they are lacking customer service skills.

Mike was able to come out and service our Maytag washing machine the same day I called, which was wonderful. He was neat and efficient and had the parts necessary to make the repair during his first visit. Unfortunately, the washer developed a different leak a few days later. Mike was quick to return and fix this problem for free under his guarantee. We were very pleased with the overall service.

I have used this company many times and am very impressed with them. They respond quickly and are on time. They always do a great job!

I was very pleased with them. The service tech was very knowledgeable and explained the repairs to me and also gave me some suggestions of what not to do in the future for repairs.

It went exceedingly well. The only drawback was having to wait for the parts that were ordered to come in. However, because we were able to schedule Aero quickly, it was just a matter of a few days without a dryer. The technician was professional, courteous, and thorough.

Mike was very prompt and even called beforehand to tell me when he would be arriving. That is so helpful! As washer is 22 years old, Mike gave me what I felt was an honest opinion re: whether work should be done versus the need for a new machine. I was very pleased to keep my old machine. Mike worked quickly, left area in good repair. Professional.

Pleased with the work. Did a good job cleaning all the built up ice in the freezer. Repairman even restocked the food in the freezer better than it was stocked before.

I called on Thursday to schedule repair service. Jim came out on Saturday. He solved the problem quickly. He also gave me a number of tips on how to prevent problems in the future.

Mike, the owner of the company was available on Saturday which was a blessing since my refrigerator and freezer had stopped cooling. He came out and found out that a defrost control was the problem and picked up the part on Monday and returned Tuesday to install it. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Work was done on a Saturday. Both appliances are working well after the repair job. Will recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

I had a great experience with Aero. I called Wednesday for an estimate; Mike returned call and was able to provide an estimate same day. The estimate was very fair (broken front bearing). Decided to move forward with repair work. Mike ordered the part and scheduled a return visit for following day (Thursday). By Thursday afternoon, the dryer had been fixed. Been drying clothes ever since.

I called on 10/13/07 at about 11:30 PM EST. We set up an appointment for after 12 PM EST on 10/16/07. I had previous appointments occurring before 12 PM on 10/16/07 and would not be available for the repair person before then. I called the contact number at 2:20 PM EST on 10/16/07 because I had not heard anything from Aero Appliance. The explanation provided was that they do not provide any kind of "window" to show up for repairs, but just that they show up. While the repair itself went wonderful and was easily solved, I was not happy with this kind of lack of professionalism for a basic phone call. I have two two-year olds and two dogs, and getting everyone out of any visitors way is extremely difficult and would have been a lot easier to do if I just had a basic two-hour window, let alone a phone call explaining that there was an emergency that pushed back my previously scheduled repair call.

Excellent, professional service. We are repeat customers of Aero. The last visit was in 2000. We had the same technician (Jim) on both occasions. Both Jim and the company get our highest recommendation.

2nd time we have used them. They are absolutely wonderful. They respond very quickly to your request for service. They explain everything they do. They are very thorough. They give you recommendations on how to maintain and care for your appliance and to keep you from having future problems.

He was very prompt and knew what he was doing. The fridge works fine now and i would use them again.

An answering service took my information initially but had the appropriate service person call me back within minutes. The same serviceman arrived later that day on time in a clean uniform and professional manner. He seemed very knowledgeable about freezer problems as we discussed my problem. I am very pleased with their service and wouldn't hesitate to call again.
