Everything went very well. I decided not to have the company do any work since the dryer was so old that I just needed to get a new one.

It went well, Mike was able to come out the same day that I called which was awesome. He was easy to get ahold of and called before he came by. Once he got the parts the repair was pretty quick. He also looked at the water and ice dispenser in the door which had been on the fritz for a while but it would have cost more to fix that. My only complaint is the price, which considering was about a third of the cost of a new fridge, and that didn't even fix the door dispenser, i probably should have just invested in a new fridge instead of repairing the old one.

I called them and they said they would be able to come out and fix my washing machine. I was unavailable when he arrived, and he told my husband it wouldn't cost much to fix the latch. When the man was fixing the machine, he put on another piece that he didn't discuss with us. When I asked if we get a warranty, he told me its in the fine print. I couldn't believe he came over, didn't give an estimate, and then charged us for 2 pieces and didn't tell us about it.

They were GREAT! Called late on Friday night when my freezer/fridge died and left a message with their answering service - a live person! Got a call from them Saturday at 7:30 am and they were out at 11:30 and everything was fixed. Responsive, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Service is excellent. Jim arrived at my house probably 30 minutes after I made the service call. He was very professional and thorough. He actually disassembled the unit right in front of me and explained every detail of why things were not working. He also went above and beyond by also fixing my water flow dispenser, and showing me about proper maintenance and care for my fridge. I learned so much about my refrigerator from this experience. I not only got the unit fixed, but I feel like I got to spend some time in refrigerator repair school, so that was a bonus. He even tested my GFCI outlets in my kitchen, which was awesome. I would totally go with this company again if I ever need any appliance repair services completed in the future. I wish all businesses were this professional and ethical.

provide cost of service call over telephone. came out the next day. stated thermostat needed replaced. had to obtain exact replacement from Westinghouse. obtained the part the next morning and replace thermostat that morning. first day charged for service call, next day charged only for replacement part. very thorough and professional.

They answered by phone promptly. They explained clearly a mandatory service charge to survey job and make an estimate. Service man came promptly on the day and time. Expertly drilled a new hole to not break the tiles and go through floor just right to miss objects below. Cut and made end attachments for copper tubing. Ice maker quickly up and running. His experience in the business since 1985 was evident. Business like, efficient, and quality results.

This Maytag was purchased in 1984. Now it is as good as new. I suggest you call AERO Applicance Service before throwing out your old appliance. He also mentioned that my Standpipe is backing up and eventually will need to call a root buster. I appreciated the information.

They do a good job. It is a very old freezer and so far the freezer is working great. They replaced a part of the motor that drives the compressor. He came prepared for the job, even had the part needed on hand. The repair went very smoothly. The price shown included the service call, labor, and the part. We have used them many times in the past and will use them in the future.

Our stove seemed to be overheating, burning items very quickly when the stove did not seem to regulate the temperature properly. We had a home warranty and when they sent out their company, it did not go all that well and the issue was still occurring without any idea of what was wrong. When I called Aero, they were able to send someone out that day and he was very professional. He checked everything, re-calibrated the stove, cycled through the temperature check several times and then provided me with a card for follow-up. He explained that if they had to come back out for the same issue, it was covered in the fee for that visit, which was less than we were paying with the home warranty. In addition, he also explained what he thought could be causing the problem, if the service visit did not resolve the issue. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use Aero again in the future.

Super quick and easy to call and schedule an appointment. Technician arrived the next day and was prompt and amiable. Easily diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board in the refrigerator and drove downtown to pick up a new board. Returned 2 hours later and installed the new board in under 15 minutes. Overall a very smooth experience and my refrigerator is working like a champ again.

Mike clearly detailed all the charges for the pump, additional pieces, and hose which was not the original hose and not the right size, including labor, on his estimate. I agreed to the work. We then arranged for him to come back to perform the replacement of the pump and he was available to do it as soon as the part was available. He came back, again prompt and punctual, and performed the work. Mike knows what he is doing and he is very professional in his interactions with the client. I was 100% satisfied with the work and the washer is repaired for far less than it would cost to replace. He said the repair is warrantied for anything that goes wrong for 90 days. It's working great on the backlog of laundry and I feel good that I repaired, not replaced.

He was knowledgeable, good at what he was doing, and efficient. He didn't waste my time and I felt comfortable with him here.

I called Aero and immediately got a call back. We scheduled a convenient time for them to come out. Jim called in advance and gave me a warning that he was on the way. Once at the house, he carefully moved the fridge to protect the wood floor and did the diagnostics. He found that the relays were bad and he replaced them. He also gave me a tutorial on how to keep the bugger clean so I might avoid the problem in the future. Jim was very diligent in diagnosis and repair.

The washer was leaking and I phoned on Saturday morning and the service man returned my call very promptly.He said he could come out later that day. He came out about 1:00 PM diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He phoned shortly before he arrived and I was very pleased with the prompt and efficient service.

Friday, I overloaded my daughter's electric dryer and drum would not turn. After reading the reviews on Angie's List, chose Aero Appliance. Called answering service at 11:30 pm Friday night and explained my problem. They returned call by 8 am Saturday morning, took my phone numbers, explained one technician available on Saturday and that I would be taken care of by 3 pm. Which was great with me for any day! Before 10 am., Jim called and was on his way. When he arrived, examined the dryer, and showed me the parts and damage, explaining everything. Told me how much it would cost. Approved cost and Jim had the parts needed on his truck. Did work thoroughly and efficiently. Then examined lint system and explained best how to taken care of. Showed my daughter the outside vent and how to take care of it. Was so thoroughly pleased with professionalism and thoroughness of Jim. To get the dryer repaired on Saturday was great!! Their service call (including trip charge) of $49.95 includes diagnosis and estimate. So reasonable. This is the company that I will always call. Am new to Columbus area and had no idea who to contact. Angie's List made it simple!!

Very satisfied...the response was prompt and the serviceman came as scheduled and returned the next week with the parts he had ordered.

Another excellent experience. We have used Aero many times and are never disappointed by their service, professionalism and reasonable price.

It went very well. I was at work and my husband and cousin had to handle it. Oh-boy. The belt that was on the washer(from a seconds discount store)when I purchased it was the wrong one. When the repairman ordered the replacement belt, he didn't realize right away that it was the wrong one so he had to reorder the correct one and come back out. I was very glad that he didn't just put on the belt he brought the first time as it might have caused the new motor to be stressed. Thank you Aero.

I had used the self cleaning feature on my oven for the first time and it didn't complete the cleaning process(malfunction) and oven remained locked! After waiting about 5 days for a return call from another company, I decided to go to Angie's List to find another company. I read the reviews and liked what I read. Called Aero Appliance and they showed up the next morning (a Saturday!). The tech was very thorough...carefully checking each computer board and and determined that it was a sensor. He returned on Monday with the sensor, installed it and this fixed the problem. Very professional and friendly service.

Called them the first day the fridge cut out, they had a repairman out to the house on the same day! Very nice gentleman who clearly knew his appliances. Tested the main board and recommended a replacement. He was able to reset the existing board and get it back running temporarily. He called back with an estimate for the new board which included parts and labor. Only major complaint, I was able to find an identical replacement board for 40% cheaper on the internet, but they would not agree to use that vendor citing unfamiliarity, warranty, etc.. Additionally they require you to pay for the part upfront before ordering the part. I finally relented and let them use their vendor at the higher price since I do not believe they would have installed a part I supplied. Part took about 6 days to come in and he was out to replace it at the earliest mutually agreeable time. There was an initial "service call" charge for the very first visit, but no other service charges for the subsequent visits.

He explained what the problem was. He was very knowledgable. He showed me exactly what the problem was. He ordered all the small parts that were needed.

Promptly returned my initial call and came same day as called. Provided me approximate time when they would come, called ahead when they were on the way and had part on hand to replace so they did not have to come back. Charged lower service fee then some other appliance repair companies.

It was fine. They were friendly. They were able to get us scheduled the same day within, no more than 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem, and they did not have the part so he had to order it. They ordered the part on Saturday and were back Tuesday to with the part to fix it.
