Booking the service call was a good experience, and the guy that came out did point out that the gas line should be capped since we have an electric dryer, and he did do this for us at the time of service for a small fee, so cannot complain about that. When complete we asked if the dryer could be moved over a few inches, so that they would be central rather than off to one side, he refused and said if I move them, and the vent falls off then we could put it back on again ourselves as he would not. We did not argue as he was a little rude about it, however I do think that if moving the dryer a few inches to one side would make the vent fall off then he cannot have been very confident of the job he had done. Not the worst experience but not the best either and for the price which was a 75 dollar call out on top of what they charge, I would have expected a nicer experience, especially when I prepared before he arrived to make his job easier by providing an old blanket to put the dryer on to help slide it out of the way while he installed the washer, and offered him a drink of water while he was here.

They were prompt; they came and told me what was wrong. The technician tested everything and reset everything, he ordered the part, and kept in contact with me, he came back when he said he would and fixed it. They were responsive to me, they answered my questions, and they seemed to be very professional.

Aero Appliance Service's was okay. I don't think I would call him back again. The job was really good but he did something that put a doubt in my mind. The job was quite expensive but I don't remember how much. I don't know what's average so I wasn't unhappy with the price.

It was easy to get scheduled and everything was satisfactory.

He has always been excellent. He is very prompt, very reasonable and very honest. He always returns my calls and comes on time. He looks at things and gives me a clear and honest opinion as to what has to be done or if there is an alternative.

They came out when they were supposed to and charged what they were supposed to.

We were pleased with how quickly he was able to diagnose and then service our washer. We were happy with the service.

mike came out to repair the dryer and found a flame sensor for the gas valve inop. replace the sensor and ops checked ok excellent service performed

Great experience. Quick service. The price seemed fair and in line with other quotes. Good recommendations for improved performance (clean vents, etc) down the road. Very professional and businesslike.

I found them on Angie's List. Apparently there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher; it overflowed suds causing the kitchen to flood. Their technician told me what to do to fix it. I called this morning and they came out the same day.

Tech showed up looked at the problem. Explained cost of repair. And proceeded to perform repairs.

My dryer suddenly stopped heating. I called Aero and Mike was at my house within a couple hours. He took the dryer apart and tested everything. Turns out the heating element burned out. He replaced that and it's working fine now. He did inform me that, more than likely, my vent needs to be cleaned out to avoid this and/or a fire in the future. So, I'll be looking for a vent cleaning company soon.

I called yesterday and scheduled the appointment today. He showed up on time, were courteous, and cleaned up well. I always call Aero Appliance Service when an appliance needs fixed because they do a great job.

I had a refrigerator at my warehouse/office that had been on the fritz for over a year. I finally decided to fix it. I called Areo and the owner responded the next day. He spent a short time examining the refrigerator and then told me what was wrong, how much it would cost to repair and how long it would take for the item to come in. The part came in early and he returned to my warehouse to repair it. The work was done professionally and as quickly as possible.

I called the day before Thanksgiving and he came out that afternoon! He was very accommodating. When he came out, there was more work that needed to be done, so he rescheduled for the following Monday. He charged an initial service charge but not the 2nd time he came out. The price was reasonable and he was nice. I had called a lot of companies from Angie's List to come out that day and he was the only one willing to work late the day before Thanksgiving. I truly appreciated it!

He recommended another company to change the screen to keep birds out. He arrived on time, was very knowledgable. I have used him several times and will continue to for any appliance issue.

He brought the parts with him when he came. Took about 2 hours. Price and time it took were very fair.

Aero was called and came to the house later the same day. Mike was very helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the replacement part while still in our house, picked it up the next morning and returned to complete the respair. We were very pleased with the excellent service and quick response time. Mike told us up front what the cost would be and we thought it very reasonable.

Jim came out the same day I called the company. He called my cell a few minutes before he arrived so that I wouldn't be stuck at home waiting and could run errands nearby. He was fabulous. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and then explained what needed to be done to have it fixed. He had the required part with him so he could take of the problem right away. Jim also took the time to show me the damaged part and explain what might have happened to cause the problem. This is the second time I've had to have this microwave repaired for the same problem, but the other company was not nearly so prompt, attentive or competent. I would definitely call Aero Appliance again. I have complete confidence in the work performed and the company and repairman were professional throughout.

The guy who did the work for us was punctual, responsive, responsible and competent. So that was nice about him. He pointed out that we had an underground outlet. He seemed to give us more information than what we had expected.

It went well and Mark did tell me that the panel would be $360 for my Magtag Neptune Gas Dryer. I may have inadvertently done this myself since I had the washer and dryer on one electric outlet. He told me to get a separate outlet for the dryer and install a vent leading outside for the gas dryer. I did both of these helpful hints and appreciated his concern in providing this information. This guy knows his stuff and I would recommend him to anyone who is having problems or before they ditch their old applicance for a new one.

I had read positive reviews on this company and had expected a good experience; sadly, this did not happen. I called the company, who sent a representative right away (one positive aspect). On the first visit, the gentleman told me that my water was not hot enough and I was using the wrong detergent. He said to change soaps then run hot water before starting the dishwasher, and problem should be solved (I asked him if I had anything to do with my rinse aid - he said he didn't think I had a rinse aid recepticle). When I asked what I should do if this didn't repair the problem, he assured me this was the solution. However, when this didn't work after several tries, I called him back. He came back out - no charge- and said this time the problem was a soap build up. He told me to run vinegar in the machine several times and that should work. I did this 6 times or so and the dishes were still dirty. I called him a THIRD time (at this point, it was just the principle of the matter - I had invested $50 and had no solution). After a few minutes on the phone, he said he didn't know what the problem was and that I should contact the manufacturer for a suggestion. He assured me that the dishwasher was working; I explained that a dishwasher that doesn't wash the dishes is not working! Frustrated, I gave up and just decided to buy a new machine. When the installer came, he told me that a big part of the problem was that the previous owners had installed the machine incorrectly (tubing was letting dirty water back into the machine); he also showed me where my rinse aid receptible was. According to the installer, the improper installation - which Aero Appliance should have noticed - was a big part of the problem. Therefore, I may have spent $600 to replace a dishwasher that may or may not have been broken!
