He came the day I called to give an estimate. He returned the next business day to repair it. He did a good job. I would call him again. The major cost for the project was for the part he needed.

They were extremely prompt and knoweledgable and I would certainly recommend them.

Jim came out same day we called for the problem. Returned within 3 days with replacement motor. Price quoted for parts and labor was comparable with others in the area. Very happy with service and quality of work.

He was unable to determine the cause of our problem so he did not charge us anything. They are very professional and we have used them in the past.

The service man was very nice, extremely efficient and just a perfect gentleman. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and was able to fix it quickly.

He was on time, knowledgeable and efficient.

I thought the repairman was conscientious and competent. Although I didn't want to spend $277 for the repair, I think it's worth it if I get a few more years from the dishwasher. I priced new ones and they would cost me about $700.

I contacted the company around 2:00 p.m. They arrived and completed the work the same day. In fact, it all was within four hours of my call. The repairman was courteous, explained the problem and repaired my refrigerator. I was very very pleased.

Owner Mike returned my weekend call first thing Monday morning and a short time later a technician met me at my house and completed the repair. The technician offered a lot of advice to prevent future service calls. Very friendly and helpful. Great first impression. Would use again.

Aero was prompt, reasonable, honest, and the work was of good quality. We have used this company several times, and would continue to do so.

It was fixed! So far so good! Glad to not hear the knocking.

Jim arrived on schedule both times (for estimate and repair). He did an excellent job and was very pleasant.

THE REPAIRMAN WAS POLITE AND ANSWERED SEVERAL OF MY OTHER QUESTIONS ABOUT THE DISHWASHER.

AERO WAS VERY UPFRONT WITH US ABOUT WHETHER THEY THOUGHT IT WAS WORTH IT TO FIX OUR DRYER RATHER THAN BUY A NEW ONE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT REPAIR JOB AND NOW THE DRYER RUNS LIKE NEW. WE APPRECIATED THEIR HELP IN THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE - QUICK PROFESSIONAL SERVICE - WE EVEN LEARNED SOMETHING ABOUT REFRIGERATORS IN THE PROCESS.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED. HE CAME PROMPTLY AT THE APPOINTMENT TIME. HE WAS POLITE. I WAS AFRAID THE STOVE WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. HE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND SAID WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE IT FOR MANY MORE YEARS. HE ALSO EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND SHOWED US THE PART. WE HAD READ ONLINE THAT THIS PART OFTEN WOULD AGE AND NEED TO BE REPAIRED.

OUTSTANDING. VERY COMPETENT, REALLY KNEW ALL ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS. TOOK ONE LOOK AT THE UNIT, AND TOLD US THE AGE. SURE ENOUGH HE WAS ONLY A COUPLE MONTHS OFF.

I GIVE THIS COMPANY AN AVERAGE GRADE OF 'C'. I RESEARCHED COMMENTS ABOUT MULTIPLE COMPANIES IN THIS CATEGORY, AND FELT THIS COMPANY WAS "ABOVE" THE REST. I FOUND OUT THEY WERE THE SAME AS OTHERS. SERVICE CALL WINDOW OF TIME WAS BEFORE 1:30 OR AFTER 1:30, WHICH IS NOT GOOD FOR WORKING PARENTS. TOLD ME ABOUT THE PROBLEMS, AND COST TO REPAIR, BUT COULDN'T DO IT THE SAME DAY, ANOTHER HALF DAY I HAD TO WASTE. MY DRYER IS 4 YEARS OLD, AND I FOUND OUT LATER THAT THE MOTOR WOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED BY WARRANTY (120.00 SAVINGS), BUT HE WASN'T AN APPROVED SERVICE PROVIDER. HE GAVE ME NO ADVICE ABOUT TRYING TO GET AMANA TO PAY FOR THE MOTOR, NOR DID HE WARN ME THAT HE IS NOT AN APPROVED SERVICE PROVIDER. HE LEFT THE TOP OF THE DRYER A MESS. OVERALL, I FELT LIKE MANY OF US FEEL, TRYING TO GET THE BEST, AND ENDING UP WITH THE SAME OLD RESULT.

OUR DISHWASHER IS OVER 20 YEARS OLD, BUT THAT DIDN'T STOP JIM FROM AERO. JIM WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND INFORMATIVE. JIM WAS VERY HONEST ABOUT WHAT HE COULD DO FOR US, AND PATIENT. BECAUSE OF AN EMERGENCY AT WORK WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE WITH JIM AND HE WAS VERY FLEXIBLE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND AERO AND JIM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN HONEST AND DEPENDABLE APPLIANCE REPAIRMAN.

EFFICIENT ANSWERING SERVICE. RETURNED CALL PROMPTLY. SPENT TIME ON THE PHONE WITH ME TO ASCERTAIN PROBLEM. ADVISED CAREFULLY OF WHAT IS STILL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND WHAT IS NOT. CLUED ME IN TO THE REAL PROBLEM, WHICH WAS SOMETHING I COULD TAKE CARE OF MYSELF WITHOUT A SERVICE CALL. I WOULD CALL THEM BACK IF NEEDED, IN A HEARTBEAT.

VERY, VERY GOOD. I CALLED AERO AND THE TECHNICIAN CALLED BACK WITHIN 15 MINUTES. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE HALF AN HOUR LATER, DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION THOROUGHLY TO ME. I ASKED FOR ADVICE ON REFRIGERATOR BRANDS AND HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCES AND MADE A RECOMMENDATION. JIM WAS THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
