Excellent same day service, very thorough, the dryer works as though new now.

I called for service and they came the next day. Jim was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing and gave me some additional tips on how to keep the fridge running properly.

Professional and on time. Even though dryer is 15 years old, only 1 small part needed to be replaced. He did a great job and now we don't have to buy a new dryer.

If they are going to go up on their prices they should notify Angie s List immediately.

Very smoothly. I was given all the information I needed to make a sound decision between repair vs replacement.

I had got a part from the internet to fix the stove myself. When Jim opened up the stove he told me that I had put it in wrong. I told him that I put it in the same way I got it out. He then let me know that he understood that I might think that, but the stove would have blown up long before that, if the old piece was in that position. Since I knew that he was the professional I just sat back and watched. He was great to talk with and offered much good advice on keeping our stove running longer. In fact, he noticed that our inside oven glass was broken and told me that he would go back to the shop and find out what the price would be to replace it. He followed through on that as well. We are very pleased with the results we got from Aero and have to give a huge thank you to Jim the service technician.

I discovered the dryer wasn't working when I put wet laundry in on a Saturday afternoon, a time when most places are not even taking phone calls. Fortunately I called before he stopped taking calls for the day and the answering service was able to put me through to him. Since he was already in the area on another call, he was able to stop by and look at my dryer after finishing the previous call. It only took him a few minutes to take the dryer apart and identify the problem with the tension assembly. He provided an estimate, and since he had a new assembly in the truck, he was able to make the repair immediately. He was fast, professional, and courteous. When done he checked to make sure everything was working. The service was a bit pricy, but it was worth it to me to get it fixed right away, instead of having to take off from work later to wait at home for a repair man.

It went very well. He called before he came. He came within the specified hours. He was very polite. He went down to the laundry room and got to work. He did, however move some things and didn't return them to their original place.

They came out and got right to work. He was clean and knew what he was doing. It was great to do business with him he was very accommodating. I was ready to get a new washing machine but he fixed my 20 year old machine and it works better now than it ever did. If you need an honest efficient and knowledgeable repair man for their old equipment, call him. If he can't fix it he will tell you.

Jim spent a lot of time fixing the washer so that it was stable and stationary. He also spent a lot of time on the oven, for he had to take apart the whole door in order to attach the new handle. I was very impressed with how thorough he was.

It went very well. They fixed it quickly and efficiently--and better than it was to start with!

I called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and he came out on Monday, the time I requested. He was very punctual, professional, and the quote was reasonable. This is the second time using this company.

I called Aero and within 15 minutes a service tech called me back to get details. Whenever a tech was in my area they were to call me. Once the tech called, he arrived within 15 minutes and finished repair quickly. Service charges were explained over the phone before they came out. Great job.

In and out very quickly. Cost was their minimum service charge.

I called for service the morning of 10/30 and Mike came out that afternoon. He provided me with a quote and I decided to proceed with the job. Mike requested the amount for the parts required as a deposit and accepted cash or check (no mention of accepting Mastercard/Visa that's listed here so have the checkbook ready). Mike returned the morning of 11/1 and had the job finished in about an hour. Mike did accidentally break off the Whirlpool emblem on the machine during the initial diagnosis, but he ordered and installed a new one with no charge to us. It was an honest accident;I would have done it, too. Mike was very clean and we were surprised at the quick service we received. Although there is no discount for Angie's List customers, Mike only charges $40 for a service call while others I saw listed here charge $60-70. What a great experience using a service listed on Angie's List!

We had a burner that went out on a glass stove top. Mike came the next day after calling. He ordered the part and when it came in, he was able to come back the same day and installed it. Very quiet, polite and efficient!

This was the first time I've used this company and will use them again. I called on a Saturday morning and was able to get service that day. The service charge is in addition to labor, but is probably very reasonable considering what other companies charge and the fact that it was a Saturday. Mike Condo performed the service himself and did look over my warranty papers. He recommended I contact Whirlpool since an additional problem was found and apparently is covered under the warranty.

Having compared this experience to many other appliance repair people in the past, it was far superior.

I called late Saturday afternoon, and they were here 9:00 am sharp on Monday morning. Very polite and professional. They figured out the problem and fixed the washer in less than 45 minutes. I would use them again.

He did a great job. He adjusted all 4 legs on the washing machine and the switch connected to several systems in the machine that turns the machine on when lid was closed broke and he fixed that. I have used them before I will use them again. I called him and he came out the next morning. Date of service July 2006.

They came out the day I called on a Friday afternoon. They had to leave to get the part and come back. My husband said the guy was very efficient and nice. He apologized that the part was so expensive ($100). It is my understanding that $200 to fix an ice maker is pretty standard.

I have used Aero several times for various appliance repairs. They have been called for my freezer, refrigerator and dishwasher. Each time I was very pleased. They are always honest and try to help you understand how to maintain your appliances, showing routine things to do to keep them in good working order. I would highly recommend this company.
