+ -1 moreEric provided a very thorough home inspection and was great at explaining what it would take to replace and/or repair certain issues with 2 different homes. Very helpful and trustworthy guy. Definitely recommend using Ace Home Inspections for the Columbus, Ohio area, including Newark where the houses were located.
Description of Work: Provided complete home inspections covered: roof, electric, structural, appearance, insulation, etc.

+ -1 moreAce inspected a property for me on short notice and on a weekend. I followed the inspector around and asked questions during the inspection. The inspector was great. He explained everything for me and showed me areas of concern. My realtor was impressed with my inspection report and said she would be using this company in the future for inspections. This business is part of a larger company that has multiple businesses. I have now used three of them and all of my experiences were great.
