I accessed service by calling the number listed. Calling in the afternoon before a holiday, I had to leave a message on their answering machine. A woman called me the morning of the next business day and set up a convenient time. On the afternoon of the appointed day I received a call from repair technician. It was a bit odd in that he began by asking, "What can I do for you?" I guess the technician was not given the nature of my repair and so I explained the situation. The service man arrived within 5 minutes. The technician was appropriately dressed and went right to work. He found the leak quickly, retrieved tools from his truck and fixed the line. He also checked all the other connections to ensure they were OK. He was in and out in ~15 minutes. The bill, sent through the mail, was as quoted. They allowed me to deduct $20 dollars if I paid "immediately". I would recommend the services of Steve Frey Plumbing.

He tried really hard to even clean out the sink in the bathroom, but it hadn't had water run through it in probably 10 years, so he needed to replace the plumbing. They were very nice. Very fast, very efficient, very courteous.

The overall job performance was excellent. Great responsiveness to issues, quality of work was excellent and price for all services was very reasonable. He discovered several issues in addition to the work contracted for and corrected them.
