John Courtright of Cutter Green made an appointment for 5pm to come out and review our landscaping needs. He called about 4pm and said it would be closer to 6 when he could get there because he needed to drop off some mulch. He finally showed up at 6:40pm. We went over everything we wanted to do and he spent quite a bit of time discussing options with us and actually had what we thought were some great ideas. Before he left he said he would work up some drawings and a prices and get back with us in a few days. Ten days passed with no contact from him. We messaged him and received no response. Finally after two weeks we were able to reach him by phone and he seemed confused about who we were, but he made an appointment two come out two days later at 7pm. Before the phone call ended he changed it to 8pm, which wasn't great for us as we get up at 4am for work, but we took it. The evening of the appointment he did not show up for the 8pm appointment or contact us. At 8:3pm we attempted to reach him by phone and got his voicemail so we left a message. At 8:45pm he still had not shown up or called us so we called him again. He answered and after I identified myself he stated that he had just picked up his kids and our paperwork was in his truck and he would call us later. Frustrated I stated that our appointment was for 8pm and asked why he didn't call us. Before I could even finish my question he said "just forget it, find somebody else" and he hung up on me.
