Description of Work: My first experience with Computer Loft made me a life-long customer. I work for a small company located several states away from where I live. I'm not savvy with anything having to do with hooking up various pieces of equipment and obviously I need lots of equipment including phone hookups to the main office of this small company. Long story short, ATT Uverse totally messed up my connections and could not fix the problem even though they assured me they would do so. After two weeks of being down and many AT&T people coming to my house, I called Computer Loft. Mike came, looked at the connections and said "oh yes, I have other customers like this"; he moved several cables, pressed a button and I was back on line. It didn't take him two weeks, it took him two minutes. I knew then and there that he would be my 'go-to' guy. I've even bought equipment from them, including computers and printers.
