I took a half day off of work on the day of the inspection, I had to run an errand and got the the house about 25 min early and the inspector was already there. We introduced ourselves and the thanked me for being early!! He then, very quickly started the work, we got in the house and he explained to me what he was going to do and I would be welcome to follow him around and ask as many questions as I had. I felt confident enough in what he was doing that I didn't follow him around too much, but asked questions when they arose. Once he was done with the inspection, which was everything (inside and outside of home, crawlspace, attic, etc...) he went over everything with my husband and I. It was such a great experience, beginning to end. We were honestly nervous, this is our first home purchase and the whole thing is terrifying... He really eased our fears and made us feel good about the whole thing. We will absolutely recommend him to everyone who needs an inspector!

A. Wright was a phenomenal inspection service! He offered several open dates/times and really worked with our schedules to make something work. On the day of the inspection he took his time to walk us through every aspect of the house and answer ALL of our many, many, many questions. We knew going into the inspection that the house had a lot of issues but A. Wright saved us from making a very costly financial mistake in purchasing this property!!!!! He identified SEVERAL issues that we were not aware of and gave professional recommendations for remediation. The water was supposed to be turned on for the inspection but was not - so A. Wright returned at a later date FREE OF CHARGE to complete the water/plumbing section of the inspection. We received a very organized and quality inspection document within 24 hrs of the inspection - which he updated and resent us after the water line inspection was completed. Pest inspection was also included free of charge! Additionally, A. Wright is very easy to contact, responsive to all of our phone calls/texts, and has served as a valuable resource as we re-navigate the realty market. He also offered us a military discount. Would not hesitate to recommend!!!!!

Andrew went in on a Saturday in order to help us move on the property. He found several issues that did impact the final sale of the property since we had to set aside resources to fix the problems. He went into the attic and walked the roof which showed a few issues that we were not aware of. This is the second time we have used Andrew and I have found him to be honest about what a property brings whether good or bad. His reports are very detailed and can be used as a great negotiating tool. I will use Andrew every time we buy any property in the future and I would recommend him to anyone purchasing property whether for personal use or for rental property.

We had to buy a different home and he performed a different inspection. He went alone this time and did just as thorough a job! Wonderful detailed report with everything on it and the recommendations of things to consider fixing. He does a wonderful job.
