When I called Protech, Chad said, “I don’t need to come out - I was there 10 years ago and it was dry.” He sent me a sump pump quote. I continued investigating the water intrusion and a visit from Midstate Basements discovered a hole as the source of water intrusion. My HOA works with Protech so they sent him out again. He still did not enter the crawlspace and insisted I needed a sump pump. After sending video evidence to my HOA, they approved repairing the hole and contracted Protech to complete the work, with him saying I will still need a sump pump. His team came and patched the hole (literally took them 5 minutes and who knows if that’s what will do the trick). If I need a sump pump I will not be purchasing it from Chad and do not recommend him based on how he treated me during this process.

No show after no show. What was to be a 3 day process has gone on for a month with my house torn up and no end in sight. Spoke with the President, Chad Daniels. He was aware of the problems. He has done nothing. Failed to accurately diagnose the problem. Clearly, they do not understand basement repair.

The service was excellent. They did a great job. They were prompt. The workers were very personable, clean, and considerate.

Chad was thorough in his investigation of source of water leakage. He discovered the leak was coming from gutters up on roof line that were not directing the water effectively away from the house. He recommended I call the appropriate company to deal with roof, gutter issues.. There was no cost assessed for this evaluation.. If I had a future problem with basement, I would call him again.

I was initially impressed with the owners knowledge but when the company failed to call back after submitting an incomplete quote I felt the company would not resoplve my problems.
