+ -1 moreFirst I had to call and leave messages 2 different times for him before he returned my phone calls. That was on both times I tried to contact him. Pleasant enough the first time he came to our home. Told us that if we saw any insects after he sprayed to let him know and he would come back and reapply for us. What he failed to tell us, was that it was an additional $66 for that visit on top of the $250 that we paid for the first application.
Description of Work: sprayed around the exterior of our home for spiders and insects.

+ -1 moreThey actually killed the bugs. They give a 30-day guarantee, unlike other companies that put you on a monthly contract. They just come out and kill the bugs.
Description of Work: They got rid of cockroaches at a rental property.

+ -1 moreIt was the second time that I was using them and they were prompt. They were here when they said they would be here. They did the job right then and efficiently. They took pains to make sure that they didn't mess the house up while they were doing the spraying. I have a two-storey house and they had to spray all the way up to the top, and they didn't make a mess. They were neat and cleaned up after their work. I thought that their price was very much in line with that of others and I didn't think that I was gouged.
Description of Work: I have used Bug Zappers for pest control, mostly for bees and carpenter ants. They did treatment for carpenter bees the last time they came out.
