+ -1 moreI was first contacted by Ramsey & Family Tree Services on June 9th. They were extremely friendly and had someone out by June 11th to remove several bushes, and grind out the root/stumps. I paid the $1000 that I was charged for the service. However, by July 25th, nearly every bush that was supposed to be removed in its entirety was growing back. I reached out and did not receive a response right away due to them being on a family vacation. They stated they would be happy to come back out once they were back in town. I waited until August 19th, when I had to reach out a second time. They said they could have someone come out the next week. Never heard from anyone. Reached out again on September 4th, they stated someone would be out that week. The week came and went and I still have yet to have the bushes (which are nearly back to the size they were previously) removed. I’m all for supporting small businesses but communication and urgency seems to be lacking since they’ve been paid

Description of Work: Some dead trees were cut and removed. Many trees trimmed and the cuttings were mulched during the clean-up. The work was well done.

His team showed up when they said they would and worked some long hours to get the job done quickly and to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Ramsey & Family again if I have future tree work.

The Ramsey & Family Tree Service got down to businees and removed a leaning large pine tree from going down on my neighbors house. They were professional and quick!
