Crew were polite, hardworking. Extreme care taken was taken to protect hard wood floors and original trim woodwork.

My experience with Brad Wulfhorst: hired Brad to do some inside renovation work. It did not go well. His team is beyond messy. Instead of carrying out garbage as they went - they piled it up in an adjoining room in my house (without asking) and left it for the entire duration of the project. At the end of project left an entire load behind. The project included putting down new vinyl flooring, adding lighting to the room and painting. The finish work is C work at best. Floors are not level, the hole cutouts for outlets and recessed lights are uneven and can be seen once lights installed and the team left the brand new floors they just installed covered in paint and gouged. I’ll upload pictures of it all. At one point, a crew member locked himself out of my house and they had to cut locks off two of my doors to get back in. They cut the locks off a door I told them not to touch, and then tried to re-key the knob but didn’t do it correctly- so now I have no key that works that lock. In addition they damaged 2 doors and didn’t fix them and to add insult to injury they, just left the damaged locks that they pried off just laying on the ground outside the doors- metal shards and all….. and that’s not even the worst of it. I would have been ok with the subpar work, if Brad just kept his word. First he lied about not touching one of the doors I told him not to touch but worse when I reached out about my concerns, he made an appointment with me to do another walk through and then failed to show up. He hasn’t returned a text message since. In my opinion a person who ghosts a customer after cashing their check isn’t someone worth hiring

They did get the job done right. We had a few rain delays but they would have probably been here consecutively if the weather had not interfered. They had to replace many particle board faux stucco panels on the outside of my house and cedar boards that were eaten up by either the weather or woodpeckers. They fixed all of that and painted the entire house and now it looks fantastic.

It went very well. They were very responsive, professional and really did a fantastic job, prepped the wood and it looks great!

Brad and Jordan were very patient with us. We didn’t know what we truly wanted the scope would be at first but they were both patient with us as we go through the process and as we realized everything we wanted painted. The team worked efficiently and was able to finish the job with a very fast turn around request. The lime wash paint ideally for the exterior bricks didn’t worked out as planned but Brad and Jordan worked with us to find the correct shade of paint to make it close to what we initially wanted. Overall, the project was done great!

Brad and his team team did a fantastic job. They repaired some wooden siding, and then painted the entire house exterior. He was competitive on price, honored the original quote even though the job turned out to be a little more than expected (I suspect), cleaned up every day, and took care of some problems that arose. Very easy to work with, and communications were prompt. I asked for the scrap wood siding to be left behind for me to burn in my fire pit, and his team cut it up in 16 inch segments. Totally unnecessary, but it’s the little things sometimes.

Excellent! Construction team are hard workers. Owner checked job daily. Recommend this company! Will hire again for future jobs.

The Wulfhorst Team was founded incredible! They started our project early and left the worksite clean and in good shape each day. We received plenty of communication on items related to the project, and did a final walkthrough to sign off on work before payment. Their bid was clearly our favorite and their work supported that bid. No unpleasant surprises - only pleasant ones. Would totally recommend!
