Installed glass tile backsplash in the kitchen. He did an excellent job. The tile was glass in a leaf pattern. He was able to start the job that week, and it would require two days. He completed the job ahead of schedule. We are very pleased with the final appearance. Would definitely recommend.

Hasan responded almost immediately after the request sent and that same day he went on extra mile to go and see the issue. He provided the cost of work and he said he will get the work done in x number of days. He explain what work can be done each day and had been true to his word. He did an amazing job and resolved our issue, he works clean and very punctual and respectful. I will definitely work with him again and recommend his work to anyone anytime. Note, given a spare budget, I would like for him to do another project right away. Great work, and thank you resolving our issue the soonest possible time.

Prompt response, used photos exchanged to do estimate. Scheduled quickly, he was on time and communicated clearly. Focused, completed work on time and the tile work was excellent. 95% out of 100 on clean work area, some glue and color staining transferred to garage door. I would recommend him again and would rebook him again as well.

I Sent pictures of what I needed. I had big holes in the drywall where the electrician installed new outlets. When they arrived they started immediately and before I knew it they had put up the tile without replacing the drywall. The tile had big holes in it for the outlet but the holes were so big you couldn't mount the electrical box to it. I had to come up with a solution. But the gaps are so big the outlet cover doesn't cover the holes. They also got grout all over my brand new appliances and flooring. I found them using my soap dispensing pot scrubber on the floor. They damaged my concrete patio because instead of using a tile saw they used an angle cutter and sawed up the patio. I asked for a refund and the only amount they would give me was a 100.00. I didn't write a review because everytime I thought about it it just upset me to the point my stress level would get out of control.

I had 2 showers regrouted, tile cleaned, and recaulked. They both looked bran new. I was very pleased with the entire job. Congrats on a job well done. I was amazed at how the job turned out. Thanks so much!

It went very well. He installed fireplace tiles and did a kitchen backsplash. Prompt professional service can’t be beat. He does excellent work. I will recommend him to friends and family that need similar services

We took some time to write this review to see if our overall feelings of the work would change. It did not. Quite frankly, our tile work is average and we felt like they rushed this job or it was simply beyond their abilities. The job seemed to be going OK, but at completion we pointed out chips in 3 tiles on the backsplash. Pronto claimed that they could not fix those tiles without harming other tiles. As a consolation, they said they would not charge us extra for a door threshold piece that was $30.00. (We talked to another tile installer a few days later. He indicated that you can fix chipped tiles. It just requires some extra effort and skill.) Also at completion, we noticed a strange line on one of the backsplash tiles. We asked what it was and Pronto claimed that they didn’t know. They offered that, “maybe it is a pencil or pen mark?” We figured that we could remove the line later since they did not attempt. But, after trying various cleaners and erasers, we figured out it was a cracked tile. We texted them a picture to tell them, but did not get a response. Another concern was in our laundry room where Pronto added a tile floor. The floor tile is fine, but a major annoyance is that when they removed the shoe molding from the base boards, they failed to tell us that they broke one of them. The fact that they broke a piece of molding is OK – accidents happen – but just tell us and then replace it with a matching piece. Instead of doing that, Pronto installed a different, non-matching shoe molding and worse of all, instead of cutting it to the door frame, they glued it to the bottom of the door frame. It looked completely amateur and tacky. Again, we texted them about it, but no offer to fix it or apologies. They just told us about the cracked molding. Beyond these issues, in particular, the backsplash tile is passable, but inconsistent. (Yes, we realize nothing is ever perfect.) There are tiles that are not even and others where the grout lines are thicker than others. We have tile work in other parts of our house that put it to shame. In hindsight, we should have been more firm at the completion of the job. We are not sure if it was the COVID-19 concerns and we wanted people out of our house or we have just gotten soft. BUT, we swear will be much more demanding consumers going forward.

It was very good. The colors were very excellent. They had good customer service and good suggestions.
