I received an email quote for $500 to complete the work using on an online quote form. I requested the work to be done as soon as possible with the salesperson, and they scheduled the work the very next afternoon. They called that morning to inform me they were ahead of schedule and could come 3 hours earlier, which I agreed to. The worker was on-time per his phone call, quickly reviewed the details of the job with me, and got to work on one task while I marked the window position per his instructions. He was patient with me as a home-owner and not the construction professionals they are used to working with. He was friendly and tried to minimize the muddy mess in our house by doing the and quot;cleanestand quot; work first and limiting his trips through the house to the basement. The job took about 4 hours, and he helped me move all the heavy cut pieces out of the way. There were challenges in cutting steel rebar in the concrete that broke one of his saws and took 30 minutes to repair. The work took longer than estimated, but they honored the $500 estimate without me even having to question additional charges.
Description of Work: Saw cut a large egress window opening into our poured concrete basement wall, cut a small opening in the concrete slab floor, and drilled a 4-1/2" hole in the brick exterior of our home for an exhaust duct vent.

Ohio concrete was great! The worked me into their schedule on short notice, arrived at the job on schedule, and completed the job in just a few hours. The finished job was much better than would ever be possible by DIY approaches, and in a fraction of the time. Well worth the money!
Description of Work: Hole cutting/boring in 1-foot thick brick walls for installation of 8" and 4" vent exhausts. Holes were approximately 15' off of ground level, so it was necessary to install a temporary scaffolding for the job.
