Description of Work: I contacted the company and left a message, the owner did return my call, but was on vacation. I did request an estimate upon his return but no return phone call. I did call several times to leave additional messages and still no return phone call. However I will rate them with a B for professionalism for his phone etiquette was very pleasant in his voicemail message. The business is 10 minutes from my home and I ended up using another company who is about 50 - 60 minutes drive from my home only because they were the one who returned my call and gave me a roofing estimate.

Description of Work: I’ve used him for gutter replacement and roof repair. He’s also done some tree removal. He repaired a shutter that had blown off the house and cracked.
